I don't mind not receiving the presoak, so I opted in for the $20 deal for the other two vehicles. We go at least once a week while out running errands. Sometimes the wash is packed, and sometimes we get right in. Either way, our car is always clean when we leave. And, while I appreciate the free vacuum upgrade, I do wish they'd have them checked more frequently for suction. There just doesn't seem to be enough power to do a really good job on the interior. But, I still use the air and the cleaner for the hard surfaces. Both function properly at all times for me. Personally, I'll keep using this place. It's a good value for the wash. I change my own oil, and detail my own interior, so I don't require those other services. The employees we've spoken to have all been very friendly, and quite willing to help with any known issues. 5 stars, for sure.

The team at Winchester Discount Audio hooked me up with an amazing audio upgrade on my new Honda…read moreRidgeline. Every single one of them was professional, accommodating, and extremely nice from start to finish. I walked in with only a general idea of what I wanted, and they patiently guided me through the many audio options out there without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. One gentleman in particular especially helped me narrow everything down. He asked the right questions about how I use my truck and what kind of sound I was after, then helped me land on the perfect setup: a new amp, a sealed subwoofer, and upgraded door speakers. He clearly knew his stuff and explained everything in plain language so I felt confident in my choices instead of just guessing. If you're planning to wait while your install is done, don't worry -- they have two leather sofas and a TV in the back that are super comfortable. Honestly, I ended up taking a nap while my truck was worked on. The workmanship was fantastic, and the sound difference from stock is night and day. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my new system. If you're looking to upgrade your car audio in the Winchester area, this is the team to see.

Just a heads up and watch item, with occasional suggestions about what to do, even including DIY options. More recently I had an adaptive headlight fail. Where the dealer would have wanted a full new OEM replacement at their labor rates, James and team took a lot of time and care to identify the root cause, isolated the issue, and found quality used parts to use and saved me thousands in the process.
