I have always found them to be trustworthy and to do exactly what they promised when servicing and making repairs to my cars

I had my car cleaned asking for #3 service starting at 119. I live alone and have no one else in my cart so I chose time simplest cleaning. After it was booked and my car was there they said because my interior was light (? some black and some tan interior) they ended up charging me more than what the most expensive cleaning started at which included upholstery cleaning. The car was already there by the time they quoted me the price so I said OK. Get a price first before leaving it. Then also the USB drive in my entertainment system with 20 years of music on it disappeared. I called and they said they would call me back shortly. No Call. It was mostly clean but I will think twice about going back there. If there is another option I will take it. read more

$35 bucks down the drain. My wife had to borrow a rag to wipe down the vehicle where they did a lousy job cleaning. The vacuuming was poor leaving a ton of loose debris on my seats . I went to 5 star auto spa and purchased the "mini detail" for $85 I also purchased a $80 carpet cleaning totaling $165. First off.. the carpet cleaning was good. No issues, However the interior of the vehicle was left with a tremendous amount of "skips" Mainly the dashboard that was entirely skipped. I spoke with 3 managers about this. Two of them at the location after the detailing. Only to find out that they sell the " full detailing" for the SAME PRICE as the mini when factoring in the carpet cleaning add on. The only difference is the "mini" is used to provide POOR quality to save the customer time because as I was told " some people don't want to wait 3 hours for a detailing" Mind you I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for the mini + carpet. This service they offer is a scam undoubtedly. All the managers I spoke to didn't really have an interest in fixing the issue other than offering me to come spend an additional 3 hrs of my time that I don't have to spend so they can "re-do" it. I offered a solution which was exterior was credits of $50 to which they immediately denied which considering I have to now spend MORE of my time to clean the inside of my vehicle that I paid them to clean was MORE than fair. The last manager I spoke to even said " can you prove that the quality of work was done by sending me pictures" ( this was the day after the work ) which essentially implies I needed to prove to him before he was willing to help ( which he wasn't ) so I told him i will send you the photos but in doing so you will lose the opportunity to save a customer and it will be reflected on the review. He didn't care at all. Just said " okay thanks " I've spent over $500 at this place in the last two months and after this I will never return and will encourage others to avoid this place at all costs. My daughter took her car in to get inspection. They tried to tell her it needed rotors which is absolutely farthest from the truth! Do not take your car to get inspection or any type of work. They will take advantage of you. Especially if you're young and don't know any better. They wanted $650 for rotors Took it from that shop straight to another inspection station passed with flying colors. Ok at best. Don't be fooled by the lines on a nice day. The employees are only allowed to call out sick if they are receiving CHEMO! Therfore, if you get someone unknowlingly wiping down your car that has COVID, the flu or other, you will get it too. When you pay those pricey prices you expect your car to be clean. Even after pointing out things that were missed, they were missed again. Please hand tips directly to employees because the tip boxes are rarely emptied & stay with the Chinese owner instead of going to the employees. I have some real favorite, hard working employees there that are being taken advantage of by this owner. Turns out she (Hanna) is an immigration lawyer. There is no sick time, family leave, vacation time, breaks for 12 hour shifts, time to go to the bathroom on the busiest days nor benefits for any of those employees, except for one or two at most, one manager named Lauren & the owners brother Han. This owner violates so many labor laws it is not even funny nor humane! Who is going to call her out? Certainly not the employees who are just thankful to have a job. So if you want to continue supporting this business then at least support the employees! Went today and paid 70 dollars for everything they offered at the drive through car wash. The service is horrible I do not recommend anyone going there. There is no attention to detail. The car wash half cleans my truck. The last 3 times going there it has been nothing but issues. So I figured I would give them one more chance. That won't ever happen again. read more

Had 35% tint put on my wife's car. They quoted 3- 3 1/2 hours and were done at at exactly 3. Perfect, workmanship is great and she's happy! The guy at the front desk (didn't catch his name) said they're opening another location in Martinsburg at some point in the near future which is great. Highly suggest them for tinting needs, and they also washed the outside of the car for free, above and beyond! Great business practice and great prices. They offer a military/veterans discount of 10% which is just icing on the cake. Will return again for 5% tint on my truck. 10/10 in my book and I don't just hand out 5 star reviews like candy. read more

We have all 3 of our cars enrolled in the "wash club." My husband is a bit more high maintenance on what he likes, so he purchased the highest package. I don't mind not receiving the presoak, so I opted in for the $20 deal for the other two vehicles. We go at least once a week while out running errands. Sometimes the wash is packed, and sometimes we get right in. Either way, our car is always clean when we leave. And, while I appreciate the free vacuum upgrade, I do wish they'd have them checked more frequently for suction. There just doesn't seem to be enough power to do a really good job on the interior. But, I still use the air and the cleaner for the hard surfaces. Both function properly at all times for me. Personally, I'll keep using this place. It's a good value for the wash. I change my own oil, and detail my own interior, so I don't require those other services. The employees we've spoken to have all been very friendly, and quite willing to help with any known issues. 5 stars, for sure. read more

Most recent two visits have been just rough. The first few times I used this place, the interior cleaning was really worth the money spent. Lately it is just 3 or 4 people hanging around the car talking and pretending to clean. In my most recent visit, there were huge misses on the doors, dash, and center console, no trash was cleaned out all, there were dirt streak marks left wherever they did wipe it down, and the interior of the windshield was only partly cleaned. The only benefit of the trip was that they left a can of window cleaner and a microfiber cloth in my son's car seat. I imagine they figured I'd want to finish up on my own time. A little pricey and, especially in the summer, the wash doesn't get all the bugs off the car, but the staff is very friendly and i really appreciate the free vacuums, car towels, and dust blower thingy when you purchase a wash. S. if you go here and you want to use the free vacuums, make sure when you're paying before the wash that you press the "upgrade" button and press the free vacuums button so that you get a barcode, or else you won't be able to get into the vacuum part. read more

The brush got underneath my roof rack rain guard and ripped it up but they are saying because there was paint chipped it has pre-existing damage and will not be covered. Used to be a great car wash and some good value. Now it's almost impossible to have your vehicle thoroughly cleaned or the inside even washed down. For the price, I expect more. The car wash was mediocre. I didn't expect to still have pollen showing on the bumpers as soon as they dried. The car exterior wasn't very dirty to start with, but they said I had to vacuum the seats before I got the shampoo extraction done, and the only way to get to vacuums was to get the car wash. My main gripes is the web site. Firstly it says "CARPET / SEAT SHAMPOO EXTRACTOR" for $60. I read that as both were covered. What they mean is $60 each. A $120 total really doesn't makes sense given that the difference in two detail packages that they offer is $40 and the one includes the carpet and seat shampoo extractor. UPDATE: I noticed they have now changed the web site to reflect "CARPET OR SEAT SHAMPOO EXTRACTOR". I think they also tweaked the promotion page, but I can't find my prior screen shot. Kudos for that change! Watch put for the promotion page. They show a $25.95 oil change, They also show a free car wash with oil change. You can only do one of the promotions (very small print). If you want the "free" car wash you have to pay $43.95 for the oil change. So, $18 extra for the "free" car wash. I consider $25.95 to be pretty regular oil change pricing. I've never paid as high $43.95 for a conventional oil change. UPDATE: If I'm reading the possibly tweaked promotion page the free wash is a Wheel Express wash, which is stated as a $35 value. That may make it a desired option. If I find my screen shot I'll confirm if this is a change. When I was evaluating the options on-site they did mention the free car wash wasn't just the basic car wash. If I hadn't driven 45 minutes to get there (and was driving some people to a funeral Sunday) I would have probably just left without getting any services, but at that point I was feeling pretty invested in it, and had the oil change, car wash, and seat cleaning. I will say the seat cleaning looks very good (even after finally fully drying overnight)! On the downside I did find today I was low on coolant and added a half gallon. I'm not sure if that is part of their 24 point safety check with the oil change or not. read more

I got my car washed today and just wanted a quick exterior wipe down. After I paid and pulled in they said I'd would be 45 min to an hour just for a wipe down. Do NOT buy the gift card for a loved one. I can promise you they will find a reason to charge the gift receiver 'extra' money. There will be some excuse. I bought the card with enough to pay for the best of the best cleaning and still should have had some left for a car wash or two. After telling my husband that they could not honor the free car wash that comes with it, which is fine... it's been over 30 days, ( a little customer service could go a long way but hey why bother... This is my go-to place for having my truck detailed!! I haul a lot of hay and it gets EVERYWHERE, but these guys and gals do an excellent job at getting every little bit cleaned out and restoring my truck to looking like new. Staff is friendly and honest and prices are fair. I love that they walk around the vehicle with you afterwards to make sure you are completely satisfied. Update many years later!! I recently went in for an oil change and safety inspection because they are one of the only first come first serve places in the area. Full synthetic oil change comes with a deluxe car wash which makes the total price around $30 not bad. Lady behind the counter was very efficient and very pleasant this will probably be my go to oil change place from now on. My fiancé and I took our vehicles (Chevy Silverado and Jeep Wrangler) to have the exterior and interior cleaned. I shouldn't have expected a great job as it was only 30 dollar a vehicle, but once we both got home and took a look at our vehicles we were instantly irritated. I'm not sure if the vacuums they use are working, but a child could have cleaned the inside better. My dash and doors were done half assed and none of my mirrors were wiped, they still had dry soap on them. My fiancés' jeep's dash/console hasn't been wiped down. We went home and wiped everything down ourselves at home. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY HERE AGAIN, and will warn ALL my friends to never go here. The technicians always send a photo of the damaged part along with an explanation and cost estimate. I would just like to thank 5 star for reminding me that if you want something done right, do it yourself. They taught me not to be so frugel with my hard earned money. I might as well have stood in my driveway and burned my money. They never pre-soaked my car. There were places that the mop rags never touched. The doorjames were streaky. They did a crappy job Vacuuming. They obviously take no pride in their workmanship. I said something to the Manager, not wanting another wash. He was very dismissive. Making excuses for what his employees did not do. Last time I visited them they "accidentally" forgot to put my HD floor mats back down. The attendant said she forgot which car they came from. SCAM ALERT! Wife ordered full detail for Xmas present for $160 they told her it would take 3-5 hours. I got there and manager (?) looked over car. Said we would have to pay extra $60. to do it the way we wanted. both my wife and I had told her we did not expect perfect job and and told her Inwif they couldnt get it done in 5-4 hous (remember they told wife 3-5) , that they lost our business. Where did my review go? It detailed how they did such a terrible job on my car that I refused to even go back there to have it fixed. A massive amount of food was spilled in my back seat and they did not have a detail package tailored to the mess. Instead they focused on the entire car and did not clean up the real mess. The owner looked like a robot ready to blow a fuse when I asked for a tailored detail package. My car still has grease on the seat 2 months later. read more

One of the better automated car washes I've visited. I bought the interior/exterior/wheel monthly package and my car always looks great at the end of the line.
