And, while I appreciate the free vacuum upgrade, I do wish they'd have them checked more frequently for suction. There just doesn't seem to be enough power to do a really good job on the interior. But, I still use the air and the cleaner for the hard surfaces. Both function properly at all times for me. Personally, I'll keep using this place. It's a good value for the wash. I change my own oil, and detail my own interior, so I don't require those other services. The employees we've spoken to have all been very friendly, and quite willing to help with any known issues. 5 stars, for sure.

For example, they've diagnosed problems and risks before the local dealers have and didn't do any pressure sales. Just a heads up and watch item, with occasional suggestions about what to do, even including DIY options. More recently I had an adaptive headlight fail. Where the dealer would have wanted a full new OEM replacement at their labor rates, James and team took a lot of time and care to identify the root cause, isolated the issue, and found quality used parts to use and saved me thousands in the process. And they were giving almost daily updates on their progress and findings. Great group of folks. Sure, you can get some strong performance additions from the shop and no doubt they're great at it, but don't overlook them for fixes and other needs. You'd be selling you and your BMW short!
