I drove in asking for interior only and was told interior closes at 4. Ok. Fine. You can't get interior only. Really? You don't have an option to turn off the brushes? No. I don't use the brush car washes any more because the last time I was here, my paint was chewed up. The response: Well, you don't have to come here then. 2. Service in general: It's ridiculous that customers cannot get an interior service only. There are many car wash customers who will only use brushless to avoid following the really grimy vehicle which has left debris on the cloth and brushes, which will then be ground into the paint of the vehicle which follows. 3. Value? I would have paid the full price for wash and interior, even though I only wanted interior. Your guy really screwed up. Not just the way he spoke to me. I am a local business owner and couldn't imagine one of my employees being this nasty. The repairs were horrible. The worst part is the lady was so nasty that i just didn't want any more confrontation there. My front tired are wearing due to the alignment that doesn't seem to have gotten done wearing out brand new tires i had put on prior. The door is leaking air and sounds like a jet engine. Im not sure who on here is giving these high reviews, but can tell you that i had a couple employees even check on my truck with the same response that i had. They dreaded it because of that manager. She's a hateful person and guarantee she will hurt that business. I would never recommend such a place to anyone i cared about. She definitely makes sure people don't want to come back for issues.
