Customer Service; I don't care where I'm at -- the kind of F Off attitude I got this afternoon (4/8 around 4:15 pm) will keep me from that business. I drove in asking for interior only and was told interior closes at 4. Ok. Fine. You can't get interior only. Really? You don't have an option to turn off the brushes? No. I don't use the brush car washes any more because the last time I was here, my paint was chewed up. The response: Well, you don't have to come here then. 2. Service in general: It's ridiculous that customers cannot get an interior service only. There are many car wash customers who will only use brushless to avoid following the really grimy vehicle which has left debris on the cloth and brushes, which will then be ground into the paint of the vehicle which follows. 3. Value? I would have paid the full price for wash and interior, even though I only wanted interior. Your guy really screwed up. Not just the way he spoke to me. He could have been customer oriented and let me know that he was sorry, this is company policy, here's their number, I feel the same, etc., etc. What I got instead was an attitude of I don't give a s*** about you, get the F out of the way.
