No. I don't use the brush car washes any more because the last time I was here, my paint was chewed up. The response: Well, you don't have to come here then. 2. Service in general: It's ridiculous that customers cannot get an interior service only. There are many car wash customers who will only use brushless to avoid following the really grimy vehicle which has left debris on the cloth and brushes, which will then be ground into the paint of the vehicle which follows. 3. Value? I would have paid the full price for wash and interior, even though I only wanted interior. Your guy really screwed up. Not just the way he spoke to me. He could have been customer oriented and let me know that he was sorry, this is company policy, here's their number, I feel the same, etc., etc. What I got instead was an attitude of I don't give a s*** about you, get the F out of the way.

So I have taken my car to Cotys on two separate occasions the first time I asked them to install a…read morefront grill shutter and get it working they installed it didn't work so I diagnosed the issue was wiring and it's a common issue if you just look up the Vin as well. I take it back tell them it's the wiring about 2 to 3 feet back behind the front bumper they told me they had to call someone and get someone to go in remotely and set it up charge me $171 to do so and it didn't do anything ( should have did that when they installed it) but like I said before it was wiring I told them multiple times what I wanted done and they chose not to do anything and charge me an absurd amount anyway so did it myself and it was 1000% wiring like I fucking said check engine light went off after running the vehicle a couple cycles just because people get work done Don't mean they don't know what they're talking about. Listen to your customers next time. Really ridiculous. Terrible service.
