Sometimes the wash is packed, and sometimes we get right in. Either way, our car is always clean when we leave. And, while I appreciate the free vacuum upgrade, I do wish they'd have them checked more frequently for suction. There just doesn't seem to be enough power to do a really good job on the interior. But, I still use the air and the cleaner for the hard surfaces. Both function properly at all times for me. Personally, I'll keep using this place. It's a good value for the wash. I change my own oil, and detail my own interior, so I don't require those other services. The employees we've spoken to have all been very friendly, and quite willing to help with any known issues. 5 stars, for sure.
