So I went over to their shop and they brought out the technician, who said : Oh yeah I think I can fix that. In addition to that , the quote was $410. I took it in, they had it a day and I picked it up looking perfect?Not only did they fix the problem, they washed the car, cleaned the inside and blackened my tires , plus everyone gets a jar of delicious apple butter.Think I'm done?Oh wait... I finally picked it up in October and there were still countless issues. The black truck had been washed in an automatic car wash causing scratches all over. The wheel covers weren't installed, badges were missing, the windows hadn't been tinted, trim pieces were missing, paint was scratched off around the windshield, someone had put 3 small dents in the bottom of the driver side door, etc. I brought the vehicle home and took it to the State Farm recommended shop here and they had to do over $2500 worth of additional repairs to correct the mistakes made at Caliber. Avoid at all costs.

They inspected the damage and gave me a brief explanation of what they would be need to do. They followed up later with a fuller estimate and expected time frame to complete the work. The communication was excellent. They kept me up to date of the status. Once complete - I arrived to pick up the car- The shop manager took me to the car and we inspected the work together. He also told me about their guarantee- which is lifetime. The work was outstanding- looked as good as new. They took care of everything and checked all electronics in the bumper to be sure they worked properly. They also cleaned the vehicle inside and out- super nice polish. I took my truck else where after State Farm agreed that the repair job was not correct. The new shop was able to fix the truck, and even match the paint color. It was such a mess, The service manager even asked state farm if he could watch the other shop fix my truck. I declined and just had my truck fixed. The office staff was nice, but the work leaves a lot to be desired.
