I reached out with a video and they quoted me $150 per lock to replace the cylinders they installed. They tried claiming the "keys were bad." What's more likely, 6 keys wore out at the same time? Or the lock they installed is broken? I can't say whether it was faulty equipment or poor installation services, but Top Level refused to even look at the issue without charging $150.
