Within an hour the entire old deck had been removed. The install began with laying out a perimeter feature board, followed by the main deck boards of a contrasting color to make the deck even more beautiful. There were several mitred corners to be dealth with as well as stairs. By the end of the day, the entire deck including stairs was completed. I think we had a 1/2 board left over. The yard was swept so you would have never had known any one was there. Everyone in the crew was friendly and a pleasure to work with. They even allowed our dog, Beans, to oversee the work. True quality, professional install, I would highly recommend McCormack contracting. Jon/Julie Rowland

Since he wasn't wearing a mask, I went outside to wait. When he came out of the back after several minutes (which I guess was for show), he quoted me a price of $45 for a single key because, he said, it was a safe deposit key. When I tried to ask why it was so expensive and whether that was an industry standard, he became defensive and said, "That's what I charge.", handing me back the key. I went to 2 other places. One was $15. Another was $7.50. I got it made for $7.50 at Brothers Lock and Safe, in Edison, an 84% discount from the Firstline price. Draw your own conclusions. I was wearing my BLM mask and t-shirt. Maybe that had something to do with the price and demeanor.

The guy drilled apart my current lock, placed a new lock, typed random numbers into his calculator, and told me that I owed him $735. Overall awful business out there to take your money.

It was a Doorbird IP Intercom system for my employees to use a keyfob to enter the office. For the past 3 months, my employees have been stuck outside the office on numerous occasions to get into the office to work in the morning. Owner of the company said they will find another company who sells a different system for us. I was willing to pay the difference in cost. I came to find out that I was paying for not only the new equipment, but also the labor to replace the device that Locksmiths USA sold me, and they were not crediting me for the system they originally installed! This is the Email I received from them (attached). They are more concerned about the time they spent making it work, than they are with making this right. Should not be the buyers issue that they can't get the system to work, that's why we hire professionals. I am contacting the system manufacturer to report them also, do not do business with this company. Also starting legal proceeding for damages. Not the way to do business.
