First, if you must order from this terrible company, PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD!!! IMHO, you need to be protected from them. DO NOT PAY BY WIRE, CASH or, Zelle. Second, don't pay 100% for the doors until you receive them. Pay 25-50% depending on the level of customization. I ordered around 15k in doors, and 2 months later they called me to tell me that they were made wrong, and if I didn't accept them, as is, I would have to wait another 3 months. Weeks and weeks went by, and I finally got news that my incorrectly made doors were on their way, a little over 4 months from ordering them. The day that they arrived the crate was all smashed. I was told to accept the crate anyway, and inspect the inside contents. Multiple items were destroyed. I also found out that I was supposed to receive two crates. Meaning half my doors were missing, and the other half were partially destroyed. Since then, they haven't been able to provide me with any information on when replacement doors will arrive for the broken ones or where the other crate is. Just now, they told me in an email that they made an insurance claim ... My question is, what does that have to do with me ? I paid 15k for doors, waited over 4 months, and now I have to wait for THEIR INSURANCE ?! That's crazy. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! read more

Great Prices!! These doors are priced very well for semi-hollow doors. The outside panels of our shaker doors are made of compressed wood though and terrible quality primer that chips in long chunks when drilled or chiseled. These guys started out with some problems with their communications, but eventually became very responsive once the deal got started. Although I sent the proper exact door measurements in my initial email, the numbers got distorted in the end and I approved the measurements. That's on me and I lived with it and got a saw to cut the doors down. Once delivered, I had realized that one door was way too small and I ordered the wrong one. I also signed the invoice, so this is also on me. That being said Sam said that I could return the door with a minimal restocking fee. Well a month went by after I sent the door back with the delivery guy and I follow back up. Sam had no idea this was happening and asked if I remembered the drivers name. I said no and he went to go check it out. Another 2 weeks go by and I follow up again. Sam now tells me that they can't return the door to the manufacturer and we're stuck with it until he can sell it from his warehouse. Well how long will that be? I don't have time to play these games and so I asked him to deliver it back to me and I'll just sell it myself. He replies that there is a shipping charge for it and that the best idea is to come and pick it up from the shop (which by the way is open M-F 9-5, because none of us have jobs). read more

I am in the process of doing home renovations. Someone recommended that I try this place... worst advice EVER! I went to the "showroom" over three weeks ago, spoke to a salesperson, advised him (Ruben) of what I wanted. When I was leaving I asked him if they wanted a deposit or anything. He told me no, just email the rest of the measurements for the doors that I needed. Please note he verbally gave me his email ... no card... no let me take your contact information.. NOTHING. I emailed him the specifications along with pictures that I had taken of available doors they had so that he would recall specifically what I wanted. Key questions: 1- Did he ever email me back? NO 2- Did he ever call me to follow up? NO 3- Did I call him THREE times to follow up? YES His last excuse was that their email was down and he would TRY to get back to me. I asked him when that might be, he didn't want to commit to a timeframe. Ummm that was over a week ago now. Needless to say I have since given up on them. If I could give 1 star I would. I am not the type to even review but I don't want to see anyone else have to go through what I did. They have the worst customer service. They messed up my order multiple times and in the end charged me without completed my order. I am still missing one door and it's been over a month! Another door was done the wrong was, after I went over the order with them multiple times. I had to wait month to receive something I didn't order. They attempted to repair one door and now it's all patched up (and now looks like an old door). They act like they are doing you a favor working with you. They didn't offer a price discount or even delivery service to help transport the doors they messed up. I had to pay extra days for workers and get a truck to get the doors back and forth. The receptionist Maria is an incompetent and Yuri is a nasty guy that only responded once at the end when I disputed with my credit card. Bottom line, this review is to help you stay away from this place or you will be treated horribly, have to spend extra time, money, aggravation and in the end not even get what you paid for! read more
