They are time wasters and do not live up to the expectations they broadcast in their commercials. We contacted them in February 2026 any to date have not heard back from them with a final order follow up and it's now July 2026. (Avoid at all costs )

Shea quoted me $400 for one section of vertical track plus labor, suggested I replace the 10 rollers per door at $350 x 2 doors, and let me know I didn't need to replace the springs. He told me he'd do it for $1100 credit card or $900 cash. I agreed, went to the ATM, and called Abbey. I told her I didn't trust Shea because he told me the rollers were "under tension" and I couldn't do them myself. She assured me she trusted him. He did the work, the track lined up well and the new rollers were okay, but not a dramatic difference. He suggested I replace the pulley on the garage door, but did not offer to do it. He did not take away any of the old parts, including the rollers. He left the old six foot section of track on the floor of the garage. He did not give me a receipt. I called for competing quotes later and found competing companies charge $400 for the same work One Stop charges $1100 credit card or $900 cash. If you use them, be sure to get quotes from competitors. And you can't assume One Stop Garage Doors are willing to take away the trash they generate. But the work is adequate and was done quickly.

After getting their prices back, we had to reassess the scope of the project since we would not be able to afford to do all of the doors at once. We did some more research and I came across Royal Doors and Windows. They had a lot of five star reviews which made me skeptical. I called and Danny was at my house in a few days. He took very precise measurements and photos. He even came back because he wanted to double check something that he didnt get a perfect picture of. The meeting in his office was excellent. He was able to walk us through our options, the costs and details. Moreover, he was able to show us the actual doors and how they would look on our house using his pictures and big screen in his office. It made the process extremely easy. When the big day came, the install team was just as Danny had promised. Chris and his partner we quick, efficient, and neat. They replaced three large doors and a window over a two day period. They were so quiet doing it, I was able to work from home in the next room. The doors came out great and we couldnt be happier. Then, after expertly replacing the hinges, and even sanding a bit at the base of the door where it caused the door to stick when opening and closing, he checked to see how the door opened and closed - the door was now blissfully quiet, but still stuck, and he identified the door latch and plate as needing to be adjusted. Being a historic home owner I was very concerned about keeping the original window architectural design and making the house more energy efficient. Thus, I started researching all the various new type of energy efficient windows. To my surprise according to numerous scientific journals I found out that a quality storm window over an original wood window is nearly as efficient any new window. Certainly this information is not how new windows are marketed and not what a consumer is being told. Fortunately, I contacted Jasco, spoke to Joe and was given the verifiable facts on storm windows. Thus, I ordered 41 windows and they were installed on time, meticulously and at less than half the price of new windows. The best part of this story is that the color ordered matches the window frame antique white perfectly and the are invisible from the street. After getting some other quotes, I stopped in at the Jasco showroom and was quite impressed. Not only were their products top notch, but they treated me like I was a long time customer (not like other places that just give you a brochure and push you back out the door.). I dealt with Frank and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't know someone could be so passionate about windows. Everything was installed in a timely and organized manner (to go along with very reasonable pricing). I hired Yianni and his company to fabricate and install two doors and one gate, and all 3 pieces has issues. The work was never completed as promised, and the lack of attention to detail is obvious. Yianni is rarely on site, and the crews he sends out shows up late, leaves early (11am to 3) and lack the skill and care required for professional door installation. The problems are numerous and undeniable: Door and gate strikes are misaligned Gate was not measured correctly therefore had to be cut on site to fit the opening. Trim is already coming loose and warping after only a few months. Caulking and sealing are sloppy and poorly executed. The trim cut along the arched door is crooked and uneven. Overall fit and finish looks unfinished and unprofessional. Arched door is extremely hard to close. These are not subjective complaints -- they are basic measurement and installation standards that any competent professional should meet without question. What's most frustrating is that Yianni personally came out, acknowledged the issues, proposed specific fixes, and assured me they would be addressed. They were not. The job remains unfinished despite repeated attempts to communicate (he will not answer his phone or return text messages) and 2k remaining on final payment... If you're looking for a contractor whose crew shows up late, leaves early, doesn't finish the job, and doesn't stand behind their work, this is the company for you. If you want a professional result that you won't regret every time you look at or try to close your doors, do yourself a favor and hire someone else.
