We have been enjoying the winters so much more as we're not freezing all the time. Can't say enough good things about how happy we are with them. But that was more than 5 years ago and things seem to have gone very wrong since then. I had someone out to give an estimate for the replacement of two windows and a door. Not complicated. I didn't hear from them for 6 weeks. I then called and was told they were backed up and they would get it to me the next day. They didn't. I called again and got it a week later. The estimate was completely wrong. For one thing, it was for French doors instead of a single door. I don't understand how they could get that so wrong when an appraiser came out in person. I wrote back to tell them what was incorrect and to politely express disappointment. I received no reply at all. I'm done with them.
