I called for a few estimates and out of all of them Middle Georgia Movers was the most thorough in their questioning - i.e. How many pieces of furniture, How many boxes, even if I had random things like a golf bag. The total estimate was reasonable. I was unsure of my move date and explained the situation to Henry with dispatch and he was very accommodating. I ended up having to change my move date and there were no issues at all. When the movers (3 guys) came (on time) they were friendly and immediately got to work. They were VERY thorough wrapping up EVERYTHING... Even things that probably didn't need to be wrapped were wrapped anyway. Everything was handled with care. They were as quick and efficient as one could expect. Once we got to my new place, everything was moved to where I wanted it. The guys carefully put all the furniture they had taken apart for the move back together... Probably better than it was put together before! All in all, a fantastic job. No "casualties" (i.e. broken dishes, etc.). They were done in the expected timeframe and the cost was exactly as estimated. I would definitely call them again for my next move! read more

When a company stands out for it's superb service, I like to reward it with a sincere review. A couple of my friends referred me so I gave them a shot. I'm just an older lady and I don't know to much about technology, so that's why it took me a month or more to figure out how to leave a review. Me and my husband just bought a new house and gave our other house to our children. That is why I let my friends and husband do all the work. One of my friends has used this company before so they referred me to them. I told my husband to call and he was amazed how professional, calm, and easy going the dispatcher was. The day of the move was even better, they arrived on schedule, I had a few extra boxes that weren't packed and they said that they would pack the boxes for me for a small fee, everything was excellent and I cant say one bad thing about the movers. If I can say anything at all, they went over and beyond and did an excellent job. I was worried at first, but im glad I went with my friends advice. They all took great care packing my Mom's items, some of which were very old. The day of the move I requested the truck be packed a certain way so that items I would need would be at the front of the storage center. No problem. When I called Middle Georgia Movers the first time, The first thing I noticed is how professional they were. I talked to very nice man named Henry from from the office, He was very helpful and honest. He stated that the movers would call 30 minutes prior to the move to let me know that they were in route. They did as he said and they also arrived on time. I couldn't have asked for any better movers. This was my first time moving and I was very stressed but they took that all away.
