I can't say enough good things about this company. We called them last minute because we had already booked and paid for a company, who cancelled on us the day of the move. They were able to come that same day and knock out emptying our completely full POD in just a couple hours. My husband spoke to Tony, and he said they could come out same day. We had a packed POD to unload at our new home, and couldn't do it by ourselves. Three young gentlemen came, and got right to work, and they had it unloaded in about 2 hours. We had used them once before and they were awesome, so we decided to use them again. They answered the call right away and booked our move. The woman I talked to was Tony's wife. She quoted me $399.00 for the truck, the supplies and 3 men for 2 hours, and would give us 10% off of that when the job was finished. She said if it went over 2 hrs it would be $85, but they would charge $65. She asked me to text all that info back to her, so I did. They showed up on time. When the job was complete, my husband was at storage with them and he was going to pay with a debit card. He was told there would be a processing fee. He figured a few bucks and asked the guy how much. He didn't answer, and the wife told my husband $25!! She said if he would have paid cash there would be no fee. We weren't told anything about how to pay. He had nowhere to get cash and didn't want additional time, so he had no choice but to pay it. When he got home he told me about it. I was livid. They charged us the fee PLUS, didn't give us the 10% off. I sent a text back and the lady admitted she didn't tell me and would refund the $25 back to me AND the 10% back as well. I told her the guys broke a bed frame as well. Tony called back and said he couldn't refund the $25 and didn't know who could. We told him to pay us $25 for the broken bed frame and the 10% and that would be fine. He finally paid us back the $25, but after multiple requests, has never paid us the 10% discount back. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. He has let $39.90 stand in the way of getting a decent review. Whether it's $40 or $500, if they'll cheat you out $39.90, they'll cheat you out of more. The movers were very friendly but did not wear masks or look to have an readily available. They moved everything very quickly and were good listeners in where everything belonged. We hired them for three hours with an estimate of $260, they finished in an hour and I then had to pay $310 so I don't understand what happened there. They should have an hourly estimate available for things like this (they said that the extra cost was for using a hand truck even though we provided them with one). Overall probably would hire again if the money situation was worked out as they were quick and efficient and if they had put masks on when we had ours on. read more

I hired Tony back in March of 2021. I went with him because he was only charging me $400.00 to move. (I know now, cheaper isn't always better.) His workers put a hole in the hallway of the house I moved out of. He called someone to fix it, but it was VERY noticable, which I was later charged for. He also damaged a brand new $2500.00 dining room table, chipped the corner of the table. My sons TV was also busted. Most of my furniture was brand new. Upon them leaving it, I found scratches left & right. Take my advice...cheaper is NOT the best route when moving. Find someone who knows what they are doing & will handle your belongings with care. I scheduled this company the evening before I needed them after we realized our job was too tough and time-consuming to do it ourselves. We needed muscle power to move lots of miscellaneous items (heavy, bulky, light and everything in between) from one warehouse to another. Tony, the owner, when trying to assess our situation, was extremely helpful and thoughtful, truly seemed concerned about doing the job right and as quickly and efficiently as possible. He sent four guys, and they finished in four hours, what our budget would allow. I almost feel guilty for the quality of work we received with what we were charged. Each of them were awesome, hard-working with great attitudes and work ethic. They arrived early the next morning (after an hour and 1/2 drive to get to my location) with smiles on their faces eager to get started! They worked hard AND smart. I would have tipped them $1,000 if I could have afforded it. Highly, highly recommend this company!!! Thank you, Tony, TK, Quinton, Jonathan and Bush, for the EXCELLENT service you provided!!
