    I have been trying to contact Titan since December. I have contacted the owner numberous time and…read morehe has not responsed. However his office manager was very rude and claim she was in on the whole thing however she was not with the movers plus she is to blame for poor and incorrect scheduling according to the movers she failed to tell them how much they need to move. They showed up with a small truck which would not accommodate my 2 rooms. They came and stated they would go and get a bigger truck and failed to return for the move. They charge my Debit Card within 15 minutes of leaving. This company owes me $294.91. The office manger stated they will have not further contact with me and hung up the phone. I called again she stated. Her boss was instruted not to speak to me. I had to leave my household items in storage for another month then contact another moving company to complete the move. Hopefully they will chose to do the right then and refund my money so this can be settle. You have never tried to call, email, or text any responses. I have contacted your company on 5 seperate occassions and you have failed to respond. Your drives seems lied to you about the situation. Why would I drive off while someone is move my furniture and belongings. It seems there are a number of people according have had simular problems with you. If you are talking through your office manager then she is given you false information concerning what I asked for. I highly encourage you to resolve this complaint. The only way is to refund my money no other options are available. As a company you should want to have a good business practice. Failure to respone to a customer concerns is very unsuccessful and inappropriate to your business. Again I strongly encourage a resolution to this matter. First things is you need to return phone calls. Your staff have stated to me they gave you the message however you stated "I am not contacting her" and for them to just take a message. You cannot keep my money that will not be a resolution. However a return of $294.91 is what need to happen so all parties will agreed that it is best because your drivers failed to do their jobs and your office manager failed to provide the necessary information so they could. No further comments will be necessary from me. Return of payment is what it will take to resolve. Be a good Business.

You never contacted me. Your team is incompetent. Your "business " has had lawsuits and the reviews speak for themselves. I asked for money to have my bed fixed correctly. You are wrong no one is scamming you. I paid over 400 dollars and I helped them move the boxes not even 10. A sectional I moved my on tvs and so on. Just slow and lazy. I'm going to tell you something . You know you have a bad work ethic and being unethical won't get you far. This company will fall hard mark my words. The big guy was cursing and the little guy halfway put my bed together. Why would I lie about that and your policy gives a person several months to make a claim. When people move things get hectic you know that. Read your reviews look at your customers broken furniture with no refunds offered. So don't you tell a lie no one call!!! One unprofessional email sent to me. God watches all!

    I was promised a 4 man crew with two trucks to arrive around 9am. Only two showed up with one truck…read moreon time, the other two showed up hours later, and no 2nd truck. The crew left a lot of items behind because they had no additional room in their one truck, and I was charged a few hundred dollars more than my original quote. In turn, I'm left with part of a house load of items on my own. I called and left a message to the manager asking where is the 2nd truck, with no response. We will be moving again next year since we are only renting a home for a year, and I will not be using Simple Moving again. This was not a simple moving solution like as promised. The moving company also lost all of our cords to our remote beds and couches, so we had to replace the cords for those under our cost.z and I used multiple U-Haul trailers to haul the remainder stuff that the moving company did not even touch. Their compensation was $250 which was the same amount for a deposit that I paid for. This company is a joke and I strongly discourage anyone from using them.

    (1) A driver "Kevin" with use of profanity referenced me out of my legal name. (2) Arrived…read moreexcessively late and with a temper (3) From time of late arrival time Kevin displayed an unprofessional attitude about his company and used profuse profanity on the job while complaining and disrespecting his colleague and the customer "myself and my son's time, tolerance and expenses" from the arrival time to completion. (4) Retaliation against the customer myself Kevin intentionally taking out of the way long driving routes to arrive at the move in destination. (5) arrived excessively late at the move in destination. (6) From arrival time of the move out Kevin kept attempting to talk excessively to me blaming Sonia the sales person for making him late calling him too many times following up on his arrival time to our location and he stated traffic and mentioned he was arriving late from another job within Mr. Marshall's deposit made slotted hours. (We were slotted for 8 to 10 the driver arrived well after 10. We called from around 9 to 10:19 ×3 or 4 times). (7) Kevin would not respect my personal boundaries for unwanted conversations about his frustrations with his company or day despite my several requests for him to stop trying to have unwelcome and time consuming conversations. Kevin disregarded my attempts and his colleague Mr. Johnny's attempts to de-escate his temperment, stop talking and keep moving so the the job can be completed in a timely manner. (8) Kevin was the lead person but was very Unprofessional and Unorganized for the move that was already packed and set to go, no packing was required. (9) Kevin cursed at and complained about his colleague not doing things his way, Kevin kept talking excessively loud in an apartment community the entire move, Shaming and offensively disrespected his colleague, wanting his colleague to follow his instructions only, he told Mr. Johnny don't touch anything, leave things the way he has them. (10) I observed there was no bungie cord to secure dolly stacked items while transporting to and from and that included transporting up and down stairs. I had to ask could you please stack the dressor drawers individually and transport on a dolly as opposed to walking two at a time to and from the truck. (11) Mr Johnny was very cooperative and very professional and very tolerant of "Kevin" despite what I observed as shameful disrespectful mistreatment by your driver as a "supervisor" towards his colleague. (12) Myself nor Mr. Johnny many attempts as requests could get your driver to de-escalate from his temper that he brought with him from the point of arrival from what I could see and observed. (13) From the point of arrival Kevin stated "he was not working hard" with his back towards me as he exited his truck walking towards my son's apartment to assist Mr. Johhny who was already inside. Mr. Johnny immediately began his assignment in a respectful and professional manner. (14) Your driver "kevin" has a temper, unprofessional attitude, arrived late, cursed, complained, wasted time and took advantage of his lead person title as "supervisor" on the job the entire day. This was at the customer's expense of time tolerance and expenses. (15) Kevin Intentionally missed exits. Intentionally did not stop and get his drink at the nearest store less than 3 min from the moving out destination that is less than 5 min from hgwy 75 to warner robins to drive to the move in destination. (16) Kevin Arrived late at the move in destination because he Intentionally took a longer route and by passed exits twice. (17) Kevin arrogantly also told me he doesn't care about me video recording his behavior and told me to add it to his review! (18) He told Mr. Johnny " I don't give a ..... about that heffa, this is America!" Kevin loudly said he can say what he wants and that I can't tell him not to talk. Your driver "Kevin" made your company look extremely low in character, unprofessional, untrustworthy, very inefficient through lateness and overbooking, unorganized, un caring, disrespectful, extremely poor communication skills through profound profuse abusive language towards a senior citizen, black female, disabled army veteran. He displayed arrogant misleading loyalty to the company's brand name "Simple Moving Solutions LLC". I personally could never trust nor refer Simple Moving Solutions LLC because of "Kevin's" arrogant proudness of his own poor customer, abusive communication skills, unprofessionalism and very poor public representation of your company "Simple Moving Solutions LLC in Georgia. This incident and experience was stressfully disappointing, over bearingly frustrating or tolerable, and excessively time consuming on the customer's time and expenses. I am very health conscious and this stresfull incident impacted my health as I am a 67 year old senior citizen and100 percent total and permanently disabled veteran who requires back surgery.
