I have been trying to contact Titan since December. I have contacted the owner numberous time and he has not responsed. However his office manager was very rude and claim she was in on the whole thing however she was not with the movers plus she is to blame for poor and incorrect scheduling according to the movers she failed to tell them how much they need to move. They showed up with a small truck which would not accommodate my 2 rooms. They came and stated they would go and get a bigger truck and failed to return for the move. They charge my Debit Card within 15 minutes of leaving. This company owes me $294.91. The office manger stated they will have not further contact with me and hung up the phone. I called again she stated. Her boss was instruted not to speak to me. I had to leave my household items in storage for another month then contact another moving company to complete the move. Hopefully they will chose to do the right then and refund my money so this can be settle. You have never tried to call, email, or text any responses. I have contacted your company on 5 seperate occassions and you have failed to respond. Your drives seems lied to you about the situation. Why would I drive off while someone is move my furniture and belongings. It seems there are a number of people according have had simular problems with you. If you are talking through your office manager then she is given you false information concerning what I asked for. I highly encourage you to resolve this complaint. The only way is to refund my money no other options are available. As a company you should want to have a good business practice. Failure to respone to a customer concerns is very unsuccessful and inappropriate to your business. Again I strongly encourage a resolution to this matter. First things is you need to return phone calls. Your staff have stated to me they gave you the message however you stated "I am not contacting her" and for them to just take a message. You cannot keep my money that will not be a resolution. However a return of $294.91 is what need to happen so all parties will agreed that it is best because your drivers failed to do their jobs and your office manager failed to provide the necessary information so they could. Titan failed to complete bed assembly after payment breach of service terms. They should be shut down . Please be advised that I can edit my review so when you tell a lie!!!! You never contacted me. Your team is incompetent. Your "business " has had lawsuits and the reviews speak for themselves. I asked for money to have my bed fixed correctly. You are wrong no one is scamming you. I paid over 400 dollars and I helped them move the boxes not even 10. A sectional I moved my on tvs and so on. Just slow and lazy. I'm going to tell you something . You know you have a bad work ethic and being unethical won't get you far. This company will fall hard mark my words. The big guy was cursing and the little guy halfway put my bed together. Why would I lie about that and your policy gives a person several months to make a claim. When people move things get hectic you know that. I will.never use Titan or recommend anyone use this company if they arr planning a move. Days after the move, I found damage to my daughter's baseboards on her entertainment desk for her gaming computer. Also they placed the wrong top mattresses in the wrong rooms. I simply called to ask if they would send some guys back over to place the mattress in the correct rooms (I have Seally Posturepedic Performace Mattesse..very large heavy..queen and full) this guy told me that I woul have to pay $125 to have them come back out. I'd paid this company over $770 for a local move plus a $83 tip and now he expect more money for them to fix their mistake. I've been calling them since 6/30 and haven't heard from them since. The movers atr great people, but DO NOT EXPECT ANY SERVICE OR A CALL BACK IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG AND YOU HA E A COMPLAINT!! USE ANOTHER COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. I'd rather have responsible owners who actually care about taking care of the customers instead of of just having workers that provide the service. Also be advised that the address that they are advertising as their business address is false. I guess this is so people don't walk into the offices because they ignore people complaints and don't return phone calls. They do not have offices at 301 Robins W Pkwy Warner Robins, GA nor at 1902 Elberta Road Warner Robins, GA. I've been to both locations trying to get resolution because they haven't returned my deposit or returned my calls or responded to my claim to property damages for the past week. I advise not no one to request service with this company. First thing wrong the address is incorrect. 1902 Elbert rd. Is not there address. They work from home. Second thing. They were an hour late. Third. It's was 3 movers. To move our furniture and one of the movers walk off the job. After been on the job for 2 hours. Fourth things. They broke my bed pole to my master bedroom set and the frame. Firth thing we had to start helping them pack up the rest of our furniture. remind you. We are paying Titan movers to move us. Six things a 4 to 5 hours job turn into a 8-9 hours job. Seven Things we also had to help the movers unload our own furniture. And they still didn't get all my furniture where we had to finish moving the next day. Remind You We paying 150$ an hour. The eight thing when trying to talk to someone about what's was going on about everything and they were very rude And Threat us. Ninth thing when asking for a supervisor you will never talk to anyone. And the Tenth thing DO NOT REQUEST THIS COMPANY TO MOVE ANYTHING we paid over 1000$ in service for an easy job to be done. They did 1100 in damages, including busting a perfectly good 65 inch TV, and then refunded me based on POUNDS. They also charged me an extra hour for their mess up and they aren't even licensed. Don't use them. read more

My experience with Titan Moving Company was a nightmare. Not only did the movers show up 4 1/2 hours late, they were unprepared to do the job...they didn't bring padding, straps, or handtrucks. Their tardiness cost me an EXTRA $280 on top of the $474 that I had prepaid weeks in advance. I have NEVER experienced such a lack of professionalism when trying to remedy my long list of grievances. The movers were severely inexperienced. They slid our wood furniture on concrete with zero protection. Slid our furniture on our brand new floors leaving visible scrapes, wall damage, and indentations in our steps. They comepletely destroyed a desk and damaged our master bed and dining room table. Not to mention they forgot to put the washer tube together properly. They put dents in our dryer as well. Left voicemails but no response. We will never use this company again. This move was a nightmare the movers had no clue how to move furniture they dropped my wifes solid wood dresser and put gouges in it scratched it to bare wood in several places it had pieces that were carved to points which are now flat i asked them to make an insurance claim on the dresser they said to take pictures and send them which i did now I try to contact them about my claim and they won't answer my calls i left 2 separate messages so far no reply im guessing legal action next DO NOT use titan movers pay a little more and get professionals read more

Very polite team, but showed up almost six hours late and the two teenagers struggled to get basic furniture items into the home.

DO NOT HIRE. Didn't finish the job and stole $100 from us. Terrible experience. We hired Titan to load a full-size semi trailer for a 4 bedroom house when we moved from Georgia. Keep in mind this was the exact same truck we moved to Warner-Robins in--literally the same truck and driver. The only difference is that when we hired Titan, we actually had significantly less stuff than when we first moved to GA. But when Titan came to load the truck, their guys quit on us before the job was done. After about four hours, they said, "Sorry. Truck is full," with a whole room's worth of stuff still in the house! They then drove off without saying anything. Fortunately, the truck driver--NOT a Titan employee--volunteered to help us re-pack the truck and we got everything on. What's worse is that Titan overcharged us by $100, then denied it for a while before finally admitting it and saying the movers thought it was an extra tip on top of what we gave them. Weeks later, the owner (Derek) has repeatedly claimed he would resolve it, lied about the account department supposedly having refunded the money to my card, and finally stopped responding altogether. These guys have failed to do the job they were hired for, they stole from us, and they repeatedly lied to us. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Titan. read more
