Alignment was way off after they supposedly did an alignment
    Yong H.

Long story short, I brought in my car for an alignment. The steering wheel was straight when I drove in a straight line. It just had some vibration on the highway at 60+ so I figured an alignment might fix it. I replaced the lower control arm and ball joint on my own and figured I must have fiddled with the alignment. They said they would not guarantee that alignment would fix it, so I agreed to that. I dropped off the car. Once they were done, they called me and I asked them if the issue was fixed. They said no, but the alignment was good and it is much straighter on the highway. I came to pick it up and the worker at the front said the vibration issue is probably because of the tires and I would need them replaced. But, get this, I purchased the tires 10 months ago, brand new and they were balanced. I decided to drive it on the highway to test it out and low and behold, the steering wheel was off! If I direct it straight, the car would veer off to the left. Unsafe! In order to drive straight, I have to turn the steering wheel slightly to the right, at least 1/2 inch from the center line. When I brought the car in, the steering was perfectly fine, so they messed up my alignment. Next, the brakes! The brakes were 100% fine when I brought the car in. After I left, it felt funny and would not grip as well. It felt like something was binding. So I took the car home, jacked up each corner and to inspect and see what was going on. So, it turns out, the rear right brake dust cover was pressed up against the rotor! That's funny, when I brought the car in, it was not like that. I had to press it back out. That fixed the braking issue and now it brakes fine. Taking the advice of the guy working up front, I swapped out the 4 tires with another set of new ones to see if tires were the issue, but it still had the vibration issue. Anyways, they called me back 2 days later to ask me if the issue was resolved. I told them no and they said to bring it in and they can inspect it and fix it for me. Well, something seemed shady about everything. I used process of elimination and figured the problem was either the ball joint or the lower control arm since those were the only two things I replaced (they were ripped). Turns out, I had to lower the car down to put tension on the lower control arm before tightening the bolt / nut down to spec. The car drives fine now! Next, I was charged an extra $5 for "shop fees" for an alignment? Really? I also brought in a second car that day to get an alignment (my brother's car). The steering was well off. They were unable to fix it and said in order to fix it, it would need adjustable upper ball joints and the guy said it would cost some $400 something. No thanks. So be careful when you take your car out to shops, they may try to make extra money by bending things here and there to make you come back to get it fixed.

    Overpriced for an oil change.

The pricing is worth the level of assurance I received, especially with the warranty and follow-up. I needed my vehicle turned around quickly, and they accommodated my timeline without cutting corners. What stood out most was that I never felt pressured at any point. Instead, they went out of their way in a respectful and professional manner to earn my business. As someone who usually wants a second opinion, I appreciated how they clearly explained what needed to be done, why, and showed proof of the work. They delivered exactly what I needed and got my vehicle back to me on time. I'll gladly continue to bring my business here moving forward.

The staff was incredibly attentive, honest, and welcoming from the start. Even though it's a smaller shop, they have a comfortable waiting area with free coffee, snacks, and water, which was a really nice touch. They took care of my oil change and filter without an appointment and finished in less than an hour and a half. What really stood out to me was their honesty and generosity -- they even told me my next oil change would be free, which I've never experienced before. I've been to dealerships and many other auto service places around the Washington area over the past 20 years, and I can truly say this level of service is rare. This was my first visit, but based on this experience, they've earned my five stars. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

Sometimes the work is fine and sometimes its not. Too often I drive out with a new problem that I did not have before. A year ago this happened with the Steering Gear Box, which started making a grinding noise as soon as I left the lot. I had to bring it back and pay for a new one. Today, I brought it in for a few minor issues and an inspection and oil change. I also asked them to look at the rear end because I was sometimes experiencing a light "clunk" when I would drive over bumps. They told me the rear differential was making that noise. It seemed odd to me that the rear differential would be the cause. So I told them it was not a big enough issue at the moment to justify $3,000 for a new rear differential. I drove it home and - voila - the rear differential is now making a grinding noise (it was not before). The clunk is still there, but that is not on them. I am not going back because I never know if I am going to drive out with more problems than I came in with.

Excellent service, Connor at the front desk was incredibly kind and explained things clearly. And Costco members get 15% off parts and service so I think the pricing is very fair. The car was taken into the garage within 10 minutes of the appointment time which I was pleased. The job took a little longer than the provided time estimate. Which happens at most shops. My issues began at checkout when I was provided the invoice and noticed a $350 tire plan. I asked the customer service person if he was going to let me know that he added the protection plan. The response, "Oh I thought I mentioned it". Typical used car sales man tactic. Then suddenly the car needed an alignment. The rep threw down on the counter and alleged document which showed the tires out of alignment; however, he didn't even try and explain what the form said just began to tell me I needed it. I was still aggravated about the protection plan, so I told them to give me the keys and I drove away. The car drove perfect and didn't need an immediate alignment like he tried to upsell me. I don't mind the upsell if it is done in a professional manner. This felt shady and I wasn't sure I believed him. The new tires are great and I am happy with the installation. If you decide to go here pay close attention to the final invoice.

One of their mechanics was kind enough to just take a listen and see what he could make of it, free-of-charge. When I brought it back for a more thorough diagnosis, they identified the problem (timing belt rubbing slightly on something due to tolerances that are too tight; addressed in a manufacturer's technical service bulletin from 15 years ago). It would have been a big job and a bundle of money to fully resolve the issue. Ultimately they (Brent) advised me to just let it go and keep an eye on it because it's not a "catastrophic" issue. Honest and much appreciated advice. That said, I also had another less satisfactory experience before this. Had a slow leak in a tire, so brought it in for inspection. They had a young (teen-aged) and probably less experienced mechanic patch the tire for me. He kept looking to the older mechanics for guidance, which didn't instill a lot of confidence. Sure enough, the patch ended up failing while I was on the highway. In the end, I had to replace the tire. Upon inspecting the old tire, the folks at the tire shop told me that the puncture wasn't close enough to the middle of the contact patch, but rather on the outer part of the tread, too close to the sidewall to be safe, which meant that it should've been immediately replaced, rather than patched. So, just make sure that Brent and/or one of their more senior, certified mechanics is taking care of things and you should be good!
