This week I had an issue with door latch. The door would not open. I called Many and asked if they could do this job. They have done quality work on my car in the past. I also met Perry on the desk and was professional. The mechanic looked exited to do the job and the value and cost seem fair. This three guys make my new year start with a good feeling and felt I was treated with respect and fair service cost.

No phone call, no notification, and I after waiting 30 minutes with some hope, I had to leave. The shop did try and call the supplier but apparently they closed for the day already. Welp, that could have been handled better. Two days later Christmas was in between), I get a call in the early AM since the tires came in. I told them I could come in just before noon. Tires got handled, money stayed local, and I caught up on my YouTube time lol. Here my recommendation here. If you order anything, call before driving over. Prices are affordable, and at the end of the day, they treated me right and I ended up upgrading my service too.

I had a really bad experience at this location. It was my first time here I dropped off my car. I…read morehad an appointment at 2 o'clock. I spoke to David. I told him I'm here for an oil change and how long would it take? He said about 1 hour. I said OK so I left my car parked behind the line in the oil change section. I ask him Is it OK for me to leave my car parked here he said yes it's OK about two hours. Go by and I'm wondering what's taking so long and then I get a call from David telling me that my car has been hit and I need to come in. He said he checked the footage and saw who it was contacted the person and the person is on his way back. When I get there the first thing I do is I asked him did the car get the oil changed because it's been two hours and his response was that no we actually ran out of oil so I told him why didn't you call me to tell me. I would have picked it up and not got my oil changed down there because if my car would have got the oil changed within the hour like you said you would have moved the car. Since it's parked in the middle of the parking lot because now the two cars that were in front of me got their oil change so now he's blaming me saying that it's my fault that I left my car parked there and I said David if I was in your position and I knew that my car wasn't gonna get serviced, I would have parked it in the customer parking spaces and got it when I was ready to service it. I asked you if my car was OK to be parked there. He said yes it was. Now he said, it's my fault because I left my car parked there. He's response "are you trying to blame me for your car getting hit". I said I'm blaming you because you said it was OK for me to park there if you would have told me to park my car in the parking space none of this would've happened or if you would have moved my car to be next in line we could avoided the situation. There's a lot of things that I did not like about my experience. He told me to call the manager of the location because he doesn't have access to the cameras. He needs a code so I contact "Al" the owner of the Rialto location and he told me that he doesn't have the code to the camera so he doesn't know how David was able to check the footage. I came in for an oil change and left with a damage passenger door. Did not offer me any type of discount or free service.
