Super nice guys. They were very helpful and completed the work I needed on my car quickly and gave me a fair price.

When I couldn't make it before closing, she said she would stay late if needed so that I could get my truck that day.

New in town so I turned to Yelp for advice on a good mechanic. Called Lady's Auto based on good…read morereviews. Left the car for an oil change and a list of maintenance items to be checked over. Received a call asking for my CC number to pay the $840 bill. WHAT?! I was never asked permission to make any repairs. Went to find out what happened and review the bill. No receipt was created so I asked them to go over their notes. They'd triple charged me for parts so the actual total for the unauthorized repairs was really $100 less. Paid for the repairs in good faith since I was given a song and dance about how their intentions were honorable to fix what was needed yet was not given an invoice I requested. Realized the unauthorized repairs items were unusual for such a new car and were still under warranty! Politely requested Lady's refund the money because they hadn't received permission to do the repairs and were not an authorized warranty servicer, which they reluctantly complied with (though not without a little abusive screaming from the owner's wife for good measure). But the car was running horribly and was worse off then when I took it in with only mention of a tiny squeak. Took it to the dealership to fix Lady's work but the dealership said Lady's work and after-market parts had voided the warranty. Returned to Lady's asking them to check and fix their work. They refused to make me a receipt or look at the car and recommended I tell it to a judge (got another dose of abusive screaming and door slamming and a lecture about how this should teach me a lesson). Returned to the dealer and had Lady's bad work fixed. Turns out, Lady's did such a horrible job that it damaged the surrounding parts as well. The total came to $1000. 5 trips to the mechanic over 2 months time and $1000 for something that was under warranty. And I thought I was just getting an oil change and a regular maintenance check. Ha! We'll see what the judge thinks of such awful business practices. And you can be the judge too! Don't let Mom and Pop's puppy dog eyes and good neighbor speech fool you!

Still good, entrusted them with a carte-blanche to look over the ol car and fix whatever looked…read morelike might need it over a few days and they didn't take advantage of that, said everything looked good but one little thing.
