After three trips into the service department. They finally hooked it up. That was long enough for me to notice my DEF tank gauge was not working or reading properly. Scheduled appointment. Dropped truck. Took them 48 hrs to diagnose. They told me the part was in order and I t would be a week. My RENTAL car from the service department was free for only 5 days. They wouldn't not extend it until my truck was fixed. Called another week later. Now they are saying my part is on back order and they don't know if the part is in its way yet. The first time I was in there another guy came in there and was mad his brand new muscle car blew an tranny. The last time I was in there a woman broke down in tears saying her car had been there for 6 months. She was there because she was told her car was fixed and ready to pick up. When she got there they couldn't start it. As we speak I'm sure my truck is sitting outside in the winter with my batteries going bad in the cold. Bottom line these people are garbage, their policies are garbage, and quite frankly, I wish the place would burn to the ground.

I spoke with Dom a week ago to set up an appointment time and date (which was today about 2 hours…read moreago). I have 7 kids (I'm a foster parent), and I'm a full-time student. Between doing homework and tending to my kiddoes, I missed a text and a phone call from Dom because one of my kiddoes had my phone. Rather than showing up at our already agreed upon date, time, and location, Dom just moved on to his next appointment. About a quarter to 4, I realize what time it is and clearly i've not spoken to Dom so I got my phone and reach out to him. Rather than having any understanding he put the blame on me for the missed appointment. Saying I knew we had this appointment, I should have had my phone readily available so he could call prior to coming (this was not discussed when we originally agreed that he would be here today at 2pm). I just wasted a week where I could have scheduled with someone else. Dom's approach to this situation was ridiculous and I will not be reaching out to this guy for any future service needs. So many reviews say he was reliable, but in this case, he was flat out disrespectful and lacked any professionalism when I reached out. Update (same day as initial review): Just received a phone call (920 at night) from Dom, who questioned my review attempting to justify his actions of moving on to his next appointment because I did not immediately answer my phone at the appointed time. He mentioned I was a "jerk-wad" and fit the description for a "typical Yelper" because I foster 7 children and for writing my initial review. He also mentioned that assuming that someone will be at the time and place agreed upon was unrealistic in his line of work. His response to my initial review also provides false information as he texted me once at 204, and called at 210, contradicting his message of "I always call my customers at least an hour in advance". This follow-up phone call of his continues to prove my initial point of a complete lack of respect and extreme unprofessionalism, simply for leaving a 1-star review based solely on my own experience with him.

Now keep in mind they are very busy and so they may not be working on just 1 vehicle at a Time as I was there from 9am to almost 1pm. But they Do quality Work and their estimates are a nice value as it prepares you for the Just in case scenario if it's more or less. But I'd HIGHLY recommend them All your Service Needs.

Immediately my husband knew there was an issue with the rotors, so we took the car back. We asked for confirmation about our rotors and their status. They claimed they were fine.
