Then he went to get Chris, who apparently decided the best way to talk to a customer was to talk down to them. He literally looked me up and down and scowled at me even before he opened his mouth to speak. Not sure who in the hell coached him on customer service. I explained very clearly that a laptop breaking on its own is obviously defective. Chris then spent his time looking for excuses, hunting for a scuff. He proudly pointed out a tiny scratch on the opposite side of the laptop to explain a hairline crack on the other side of the screen that wasn't even visible to the naked eye. Brilliant logic. Then their morbidly obese manager waddled in and escalated things further by telling us to "get the F*** out of [his] store" and threatening to call the police. So yes, I thoroughly cussed out every one of those rude, half-brained idiots who think it's acceptable to treat customers like garbage. Your life's crowning achievement is "manager at Best Buy." Congratulations. I will never buy another product from Best Buy.

    I went to the Mansfield location to purchase a television and recycle 2 old ones. My fault for not…read morereading the fine print about only accepting limited brands without a charge, so I paid the $59.98 to recycle them. Then I went to look for a new television. Two associates were standing in front of the where the smaller tv's are, talking. I stood behind them, trying to peek around them. Neither of them moved or asked if I needed help. I walked around other aisles for a couple of minutes then went back to where the two associates were still standing and talking. Nothing. Didn't move or ask if I needed for assistance. Sure, I could have politely asked them to move. Instead I left and purchased the tv elsewhere. I will not shop at that location again.

It was an easy, smooth transaction. I've been here other times to buy video games or computer items and those times were just as good as this pastime , so I would say they're very consistent. The parking is relatively easy to get into and out of and there are plenty of spaces.

I went looking for an iPad the young lady at the entrance said hello and if she could help me, I told her what I needed and she directed me. There was no one in that area to help me. They iPads did have code you can scan for product information. A young man named Johan walked by and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for, he asked the color, I said yellow he looked it up and saw it said non available but that he would go check just to be sure. He came back with the color I wanted. He went over two membership plans which sounded great but at the time I felt I didn't need it (I wish I would of gotten one ) on checkout I told him I would use the store credit card. There are two option as well a 5% back and a no interest fee. Johan was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have bought this product before at the sale price but this time I had to pay full price. Good experience. Plenty of parking. I'm basing my experience solely on this experience and the quality of service Johan provided

    My grandmother's washing machine broke down not long ago. She's a widow in her mid 80's and things…read morelike this can be really stressful for her to manage. She went to a few big box stores and told me she felt like they were forcing products on her and revealed "additional" cost late in the conversation - This made her uncomfortable. I even went to a few stores with her and she had a hard time feeling comfortable with such a big purchase. After the big box stores she went to Advantage. She felt comfortable. She told me she felt like the staff was more transparent, upfront, but also spoke about the products in a way that she understood. They delivered the washing machine a few days later. During the delivery one of the crew saw that she had an old metal bench and picnic table piled up in the backyard, clearly no longer serviceable. He asked her what she was doing with them. She explained that she had been looking for a way to dispose of them for a while but they were too large for the weekly garbage pick-up. He then kindly took care of it for her (I assume he scrapped it) making her life a lot easier by helping her strike a to-do item off her list. I really appreciate the kind and professional service they gave my grandmother. It's impossible for me to be around helping her all the time so it's nice to know there are good and honest businesses out there giving her quality service.

    Purchased a top loading Amana washer.After a year it would not stop draining. Called Advantage and…read morethey sent out a "Tech" who informed us the "Board" was recalled by Amana and would be replaced. However, we got a quote that the repair would be close to the cost we paid for the machine. When asked why the quote was so high since the "Board" was free. Given an answer about the cost of a new lid lock broken by us to get the clothes out when the machine was in drain mode. I said forget it and bought a new machine from LAMBCO in Attleboro. If AA knew the "Board" was bad they should have called us and come out to replace it. Would never use them ever again.
