Basically threw dead money at this guy as he couldn't diagnose it the first time. Bill changed everything in the fridge and it still DO NOT work. Bill's the type of repair guy that will make you just buy a new fridge instead of attempting to fix it if you ever have a problem in the future. She went to a few big box stores and told me she felt like they were forcing products on her and revealed "additional" cost late in the conversation - This made her uncomfortable. I even went to a few stores with her and she had a hard time feeling comfortable with such a big purchase. After the big box stores she went to Advantage. She felt comfortable. She told me she felt like the staff was more transparent, upfront, but also spoke about the products in a way that she understood. They delivered the washing machine a few days later. During the delivery one of the crew saw that she had an old metal bench and picnic table piled up in the backyard, clearly no longer serviceable. He asked her what she was doing with them. She explained that she had been looking for a way to dispose of them for a while but they were too large for the weekly garbage pick-up. He then kindly took care of it for her (I assume he scrapped it) making her life a lot easier by helping her strike a to-do item off her list. I really appreciate the kind and professional service they gave my grandmother. It's impossible for me to be around helping her all the time so it's nice to know there are good and honest businesses out there giving her quality service.

However, we got a quote that the repair would be close to the cost we paid for the machine. When asked why the quote was so high since the "Board" was free. Given an answer about the cost of a new lid lock broken by us to get the clothes out when the machine was in drain mode. I said forget it and bought a new machine from LAMBCO in Attleboro. If AA knew the "Board" was bad they should have called us and come out to replace it. Would never use them ever again.

I have only used the project functionality once before but ended up using someone else. My normal repair go-to did not pick up the phone so I thought why not? They literally responded in under a minute. What's that saying the early bird catches the worm? Normally, I check out the business and see how many reviews they have do a little research but I was in a hurry so I asked how much and when they could come for a refrigerator repair. They said they could come the same day, And the price was right comparatively. (Diagnostic fee is 95$ which will go towards the repair cost.) There was some back-and-forth about when they could come and we decided on the next day. Adam showed up on time, was very polite and fixed our issue! Our Refrigerator had a lot of condensation and it turns out the fan was not working. He could've just said we needed a new fan and charged us for it, but he went beyond that and went through the back panel and noticed there was something unplugged and then the fan started working in our refrigerator is working great! Their sales people are knowledgeable AND not pushy, delivery and installation is fast, and they stand behind their appliance with great service! We had scheduled a repair call for today on our 2 year old Yale Range hood. First, two days ago, they narrowed the service window to noon-to-2pm. Today, they texted at 7:57 am to confirm our tech is Mike, that we were his 4th call, and they expected he would arrive at about 12:30. As the morning progressed, they updated the time to 12:45. Low and behold, Mike arrived at 12:42 and was finished by 1:05. This is why all of our major appliances at our Boston apartment and at our weekend house on Cape Ann are now from Yale Appliance!
