I smashed my Samsung S9 a couple of months ago and have been hobbling about stuck in safe mode. I persevered using google for things that apps would do but I just ran out of space and I am not deleting any more media so it's way past time to get a new phone. Ya think? Actually bought the Galaxy S22 online and then brought it to this store for setting up and moving my things over. Everything was going great until that time to transfer and what do you know cant get it out of safe mode to initiate the transfer. We tried a work around but my worst fears were realized. Brother! Now I have to go to a repair shop get it at least fixed for that and then I can rescue my thousands of pictures and contacts. In retrospect I should have done this whe I broke it but I am a lazy sob . I will say all through the time there my service pro Jeremy was friendly and helpful. Nice kid, good personality and a lot of knowledge. The store is immaculate, the parking lot large and it's easy to get to from anywhere in the area. Located next to Verizon store pretty interesting like having Lowes across the street from Home Depot. Anyways I think most of the store experience is with the level of service provided by the person who waits on you. I was watching the other two service people and they were spot on and engaging well with their customers too. I think it's a really good store. read more

I originally began service at this location a few years ago with a wonderfully bubbly girl who helped to open and set up my plan. I don't recall her name but every time I visit this location I find the staff to be equally knowledgeable and engaging. I recently stopped in to upgrade a phone on my account; Jamie made the whole process as quick and entertaining as possible while answering questions and suggesting the best accessories (case options, screen protection, etc.) Clean store, convienent location, great expierence every time! read more

Worst customer service ever. Went in tonight. We were unlucky to get a disinterested sales associate. He was not interested in answering any questions. Had no patience. Started to play with a deck of cards while we were getting the info he needed to port our numbers. We finally pretended we were having trouble getting the info he needed just so we could leave.
