I spoke with Jonathan and told him that I tested the charger with a multimeter and it seemed to have the right voltage. But I told him not to take my word for it because maybe I didn't test it correctly. He took a look at the charge port of the computer to make sure it wasn't physically damaged. The port was fine. He took another charger and plugged it in just to rule out a charger problem; the new charger started charging the computer!??? Out of curiosity, I asked him if I tested the charger incorrectly by telling him how I did it. He said that just because I was getting the correct voltage that didn't mean that it was supplying the right amperage. This may be helpful to others that read this review since many of us use YouTube to try and fix things: I learned how to test my charger by watching a YouTube video by a "computer tech". He showed how to test a laptop charger, and stated that if the voltage is correct, then the charger is fine. He didn't state that the voltage could be fine, but the amperage could be a problem. The lesson here is don't rely on YouTube or assume the worst if you try to fix your computer by watching a video and running a test on it that fails. Just take your computer to a honest and helpful professional like Jonathan. He didn't charge me any fee to take a look at my computer. I just bought a new charger from him and I'm using the computer now to write this review. If I need help with a computer repair in the future then I'll just go back to this shop. Highly recommend that you take your computer there if you're having a problem with it.

(Don't ask: sometimes, somebody just needs a dishwasher and an oven, you know?) Called this place up and got reasonable quotes right away. The stuff was at my place in a couple hours. A lot of indie shops price gouge shamelessly. This place is the opposite. I'd definitely recommend talking to Angela if you're in a jam similar to mine. She'll take care of you and help you out if things go South (which they did for me -- I initially got a 30 inch oven by mistake for a 24 inch slot, and she told me to relax and fixed it!)

His wife Wendy brought us across the street to see an LG projector and screen. She seemed a bit reluctant to take us at first, but opened up after awhile. But my cousin that night got me a great deal (50% off!) on the projector through a website through his job once I knew I liked it earlier that day at Value. So I emailed Robert back to say I won't be purchasing the projector from him based on the insane deal my cousin got me. BUT I would still like to purchase the 110" screen, an entire audio system AND to install and calibrate it all! I emailed him TWICE with no answer, called THREE times with no answer and even left a voicemail with no return call. I am really surprised because they have a beautiful shop, very friendly no pressure sales approach BUT they don't care for my business at all. I was about to spend roughly $7,500 on the above mentioned equipment and services but maybe they were mad that I didn't want to buy the projector from them so they didn't return my calls out of spite and blew $7,500 in other sales? I still had to see the screen and discuss the services they can offer me and possible audio equipment? I don't know why, but I am so disappointed I was totally ignored after a nice visit with my wife with great conversation as well! Good good people, but either spiteful or don't care for smaller sized sales.
