Tom is amazing. When we were moving we had no idea how to change our locks, and truthfully hadn't thought about it till the 11th hour. I called Tom two days before our move and he talked me through everything. Not only did he arrive early the day of our appt, but he got the job done quickly and easily. I didn't have to worry about a thing. When we realized our door required a special lock, he advised us to restore our original hardware for a unique look. I wasn't sure how I felt about it because it was very different from what we had originally picked out, but after seeing a few pictures of Tom's work figured we would give it a shot. Unfortunately I locked myself out of my bathroom ‍. I tried several options to unlock the door without prevail. I was in panic mode and called several locksmith in the area. I got locked out of my apartment over the weekend when I had a brainfart moment. I completely forgot my keys in my bedroom and locked the front door behind me. I was referred to Regiment Security by a friend who raved about them. I called them and spoke to a really nice guy named Tom who said he could come right away. To my surprise I was only waiting a half an hour before he arrived at my door. I thought I'd be waiting at least an hour or two especially in NY, so I couldn't believe how fast he arrived. He was super nice and we had a friendly chat while he took out his box of fancy gadgets which he used to open my door. It only took him about 5 minutes for him to figure out how to get the door ajar.
