I cannot recommend Tom enough! He was on time, respectful, honest, and incredibly fair with his pricing. He made a stressful situation so much easier, and he even went out of his way to give my daughter a pink key with her own lanyard, which absolutely made her day. It's rare to find someone who is both genuinely kind and trustworthy. 1,000% recommend Tom to anyone who needs a locksmith! read more

Tom was the best. Polite, professional, very efficient and knowledgeable. I needed all four locks in my home replaced, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. He arrived right on time, brought everything needed for the job, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. Each lock was installed perfectly, and he took the time to test them with me to make sure everything worked smoothly. Pricing was fair, especially for the quality of the hardware and workmanship. Tom is amazing. When we were moving we had no idea how to change our locks, and truthfully hadn't thought about it till the 11th hour. I called Tom two days before our move and he talked me through everything. Not only did he arrive early the day of our appt, but he got the job done quickly and easily. I didn't have to worry about a thing. When we realized our door required a special lock, he advised us to restore our original hardware for a unique look. I wasn't sure how I felt about it because it was very different from what we had originally picked out, but after seeing a few pictures of Tom's work figured we would give it a shot. He left and came back that night with the most beautiful door hardware pieces I've ever seen. I couldn't believe it was the same thing! We wanted a gunmetal finish instead of gold, and he delivered beyond what we thought was possible. Not to mention he did everything in one day and was back at our house working at 10pm. All this and didn't bat an eye. Tom himself is a delight to work with, but add on his impeccable service and you have a win win situation. I can't recommend him enough! read more

Excellent, prompt service that made me feel safer. Our outer screen door had a lock that broke, trapping us behind glass (literally!). Tom answered my inquiry, asked for pics, and was at our home in a reasonable timeframe. At the same time I needed him to look at another set of locks on our backdoor that he quickly was able to repair. It was very reassuring since Tom did a sweep of our windows and doors to talk about how secure/sturdy they were. Reliable, prompt, professional, trustworthy. Definitely recommend highly. read more

Have you ever had someone come to do work in your house and felt like you should have paid more for their services? Me neither; that is until I reached out to Regiment Security for some needed locksmith work. The best locksmith in the area! Hardworking and not overpriced. I would recommend Tom to anyone.

We recently used Regiment Security to change out five locks at our rental property in Rye Brook, NY. Having worked with several locksmiths over the years, we found Regiment to be the most affordable while also providing the best service (a rare combination in any industry). Tom worked quickly and efficiently. He also put down a cloth without being asked and wore protective shoe covers to keep the floor clean (I would recommend them for that alone). We later decided to convert two of the doors to smart locks and Tom took the time to explain the differences between the options so we could make a decision, then stayed with us to completion. Reasonable, Efficient, and Professional. Honestly, if we could give them 6 stars, we would. read more

About 2 hrs after I called, Tom physically went to my unit to check out my lock, & called me to tell me I didn't actually need him at all. I got locked out of my apartment over the weekend when I had a brainfart moment. I completely forgot my keys in my bedroom and locked the front door behind me. I was referred to Regiment Security by a friend who raved about them. I called them and spoke to a really nice guy named Tom who said he could come right away. To my surprise I was only waiting a half an hour before he arrived at my door. I thought I'd be waiting at least an hour or two especially in NY, so I couldn't believe how fast he arrived. He was super nice and we had a friendly chat while he took out his box of fancy gadgets which he used to open my door. It only took him about 5 minutes for him to figure out how to get the door ajar. When I got in, he waited to make sure that I had a key to the door so that we both knew I was squared away. He was so nice and it was a really positive experience - between the customer service, how fast he arrived, and how easy it was for him to pop open my door, it's clear that he really knew what he was doing! I was so relieved and would recommend this business to everyone. read more
