STAY FAR AWAY, DON'T RISK YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!…read more I don't know how this location has higher reviews than the rest, but the other 2-star review averages on other pages are probably more accurate. Incompetent, overpriced, gross experience. Unprofessional technician came to "help" me program a new smart key for my car. His van had clearly been in an accident, and even standing outside the van the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. 2 hours in, he left me with a key that didn't even work fully. Paid over $700 for that key, the genuine key from my dealership, with THE CORRECT programming for a key that actually worked was $500. They wouldn't issue a refund. Terrible company.

Second, they readjusted their schedule so as to fit mine, once they heard what my problem was. Third, the work was fast, professional, and extremely well done. The door no longer sticks and the knob, which had become loose, has been secured in place. Fourth, the price was exceptionally reasonable, especially given the quality of the work. If you need a locksmith or are having trouble with a door, call Greenwich Lock & Door first. You won't be disappointed!
