I called Jim at 7:01pm and by 7:30pm (well after normal working hours) he had gotten me into my house, replaced the battery to my electronic lock that had died, keyed me a brand new key bypass for the lock so I wouldn't get locked out again and gave me some suggestions on replacing my deadbolt as well. It was an outstanding experience after being incredibly frustrated. The fact that I was able to speak to a real person and not an answering service was very refreshing. I was very impressed with the personal service that they gave us. Michael showed up on time and he was prepared for the job. He was actually able to get the door open in a matter of 15 seconds. He stayed for another five or 10 minutes and answered all her questions on other doors, and he would give us advice on how to fix on ourselves. He asked that I text pictures of the broken door lock and called me back right away after receiving them with a very reasonable quote. He came later that day to do the repair.
