This company sent out a guy name Adam to program me a key for my 2018 BMW X1 . Although he was able to give me a new key this guy did NOT wire my windshield wipers back so they are working properly! First, he remarked that he failed to bring a generic blank, and would need to give me an OEM one instead. He told me that typically increases the price, but he would honor the originally quoted price, unless I wanted to help cover the added cost. Fair enough. Then the cut key didn't actually work in the lock initially. He cut a second one using the key code (rather than reading the existing key), and that worked fine. He wasn't the cheapest option, but the cheaper places were giving me uncomfortable/red flag feelings, oddly. This guy was great. read more
