We recently moved into Bedford Hills and needed to have the locks changed on our new home. After contacting several locksmiths we settled on AA All American as they offered installation flexibility, numerous hardware options and reasonable price. Eric did show up a few minutes late but called to let me know. He changed the lock in record time and vacuumed the entire work area. I would highly recommend AA All American. read more

My wife needed a dead bolt for her office. She made an apointment for the afternoon. The Locksmith spent less than two hours from start to finish. She was charged over $500. Interestingly, the gentleman in the next office decided he needed a deadbolt as well. The same locksmith did the installation immediately after my wife's. But he only charged him $100+. Professional, efficient, EXPERT service. Gabriel has helped me out with changing locks at a rental property and at my personal residence. He was able to order obscure parts that I needed and kept me informed on when they would arrive and when he could come to install them. In my second interaction with him, he diagnosed the problem with the lock, installed new components, and made an extra key very efficiently. Quick, competent, and friendly service! After locking myself out of my house, I originally contacted a different, closer locksmith but got an answering machine at 9 a.m. Then I tried AA All American Locksmiths and got a live person, who estimated an arrival within 40 minutes. Shortly after, I got an updated estimate that the locksmith (Gabriel) was delayed on a prior job but would arrive within an hour of my call. Gabriel arrived on time and apologized for the delay, but I was actually impressed that he arrived so quickly. He got me back into my house speedily, and I am glad that he recommended a keypad lock to prevent future lockouts. He had a broad selection of products with him, and he thoroughly tested the alignment and programmed codes after installation. Finally, he offered security and maintenance tips. I was extremely pleased with his excellent customer service starting with his speedy response through to his competence, expertise, and useful advice. read more

I asked for a quote online and had gotten great prices. But when he showed up the prices were without installation. What? What did you think I was going to do with the locks? So he fixed my own deadbolt and handle and I bought a deadbolt and handle to put in another door. 2 re keys to make the keys fit all locks. Plus a $35 charge that you don't get back. I thought I would be paying $200 and ended up paying $400. Knows what he is doing but I believe he is overpriced. read more

Worst business encounter I've ever had. told me since it was Sunday and raining the call out fee is going to be $75. he then proceeds to tell me that since the lock gave him more trouble than expected he will have to charge me $675. All he did was change my two $200 Baldwin security lock to what first looked like good heavy duty locks... but of course after further inspection on the internet i find them to be a cheap $10 lock called Kwikset. Do not use this locksmith Gabriel if you don't want to get ripped off. read more
