    wanted $100 to cut a ford key. ford wanted nothing so I tipped ford $10. love supporting local but check prices elsewhere first.

    About a month ago I phoned regarding a 40 year old Vespa that was missing keys to the seat, glove…read morebox, and steering column. I asked if I had to buy new locks & keys or if they had the ability to make keys that would fit the locks even though I didn't have those keys. To my amazement I was told just as long as I provided the correct style key blanks they could make them work...I even repeated how I didn't think this was possible but that I was very happy that I didn't need to drill out the steering column lock and replace it. I then ordered the keys from a company in Europe that has vintage Vespa key blanks. With shipping, they cost over $50. Today I finally had time (they are closed on weekends) to get the Vespa to their shop. I walked in and was eventually helped by someone. I asked if he had been the one I talked to in June about vintage Vespa keys? He said, "maybe". I asked do you remember the conversation? He said, "no". Didn't know if he was trying to imitate Chris Griffin or if he was serious. So I explained the original conversation. He told me, "we can't cut keys without an original." I replied, "I specifically told you (maybe), or someone else the situation and even repeated how shocked I was that you could cut keys without an original. He stared at me, I think. Maybe he was daydreaming? I explained I wouldn't have spent $50 on key blanks if he (maybe) or the other person I talked to had simply said they needed an original key. Again, nothing. Needless to say, not recommending or ever spending my money at that establishment in the future.

    Do not purchase anything by from his store…read more I went in to purchase a safe. The sales person did everything he could, to ensure he closed the deal that day. After spending almost an hour in the store and going over all the different safes, I have chosen what I wanted. I was also talked into upgrading the lock to an SG. The cost of the safe with delivery was almost $1,600. The salesperson wrote down everything that I wanted and advised me, they will contact me to setup a delivery date. I asked how long it would take and I was told about a week, they have it in stock, it's only the availability of the truck and people, that may delay it. I was contacted a few days later, to confirm the date and time and the safe that I ordered. I confirmed everything by email. I even setup for someone to be there, as I was working. The safe was delivered as per their timing, however it was the wrong color. I called and emailed the company, to advise them that it was the wrong one. The first question I was asked, was why I didn't tell them before they brought it up? I responded, that I wasn't home and someone else was there to let them in. My question was, why didn't anyone check the invoice vs the product before delivering. After all this, I was told the one I order wasn't in stock and I would have to wait until September. At which time I said fine, as long as I get what I paid for. On August 16th I get an email that the safe is here and they want to deliver it on Monday August 21st. I responded great, someone will be home. They confirmed the date and time. As they bringing the safe in, I get a picture from the person letting them in. I call and I say this isn't what I paid for. I was sold on the upgraded lock and it's coming with the original. They told me they will contact the office. Now I get an email or a call, stating that this lock is better than the SG lock, that they recommend for me to upgrade from. I tried calling the office 10 times and no one would answer. Yet the drivers kept in touch with the store, the entire time. After sending numerous emails, I get a reply we will call you after 11:00am. I receive a call from the owner and the first thing, he asked is why didn't I say anything before they started the offload. My response was, why isn't anyone checking the items vs the invoice. How is it that it's my fault that your company, can't verify the invoice with the delivery, prior to loading it on the truck. After telling him this, he tells me I will send you a refund and hangs up on me. I don't understand how they blame their errors on customer. The bottom line is, they can deliver hey you pay for and the attitude is unbelievable. They did not want to satisfy a customer, that spent money in their store. DONT BUY FROM HERE
