Cross River Lock solved my problem! I have a French patio door and the lock set bore hole was 1 13/16th inches, not the standard 2 1/8 inch bore hole required for a "standard" lockset. I could not locate a lock set to fit my bore hole. None of the existing door sets in the stores or on-line detailed on their packaging or product description the size bore hole required so I could replace the existing lock. I had two options - bore a new hole into the metal door or find a door set that would fit the existing bore hole. I took my existing set to Cross River Lock and spoke to Roger. He said this was an unusual size bore hold, they did not stock door set locks for that size bore hole but he would look into it and get back to me. Two days later I receive an email from Roger. He did some research on line and located a lock set to fit my existing bore hole AND sent me the web site so I could order and install it myself. This saved me both time and money!! Roger went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate the extra effort to help solve my problem. I would highly recommend their services because if they spend this much extra effort for no financial gain, just think of how well you will be treated as a paying customer. read more

These are true lock professionals. I keep forgetting CR and go to my local hardware store or Home Depot for keys. Then they keys either don't work, or are really sticky/fiddly. Just go here first. These guys are great. I bought a safe in May and just recently had a problem on the eve of a trip out of the country and needed my passport which was in the safe. Within two hours of calling them, they were at my house, opened the safe and replaced the lock and keypad. They arrived with all the parts they may have needed, "just in case" as the technician said.
