We came out to this location a few weeks ago during a day trip. My husband's main reason for coming out to this area was to come to Micro Center. I had come to Micro Center a couple times, but not in several years, so it was nice to come back. Employees were extremely quick to help you out and helpful to find the numerous items my husband required for his computer. My husband and I both also needed to use the bathroom during our visit and we found both restrooms were clean. The store was extremely organized. Honestly, we went through most aisles, to my memory nothing was out of place. I was very impressed by everything overall with this location. If you are looking to build, or replace something, within a computer I'd recommend coming here. Everything was made easy by the organization as well as the employees and the prices weren't bad either.

WARNING STAY AWAY PLEASE READ: NO RETURN ON VR HEADSETS; ACCOUNTS WILL NOT REGISTER WITH VOIP, OR GOOGLE PHONE NUMBERS: for ALL micro centers: cannot register a account mobile phone number required and does require mobile phone verification, that does NOT work on all phone numbers a VERY POOR way to do business, i recommend not to use this company, i rather buy elsewhere for a few dollars more, Update, the next day i went to the micro center store to purchase a pair of XREAL-ONE video glasses on sale, i was about to purchase the glasses, till i seen the price tag on the glasses saying NO RETURNS then i showed the salesman and i was told about this hidden return that is "NO RETURNS ON VR OR ANYTHING WEAR ON YOUR HEAD INCLUDED THESE GLASSES" they say for safety reasons, from covid, they have demos of Virtual reality quest 3 that can be worn on the head that more likely to get sick then buying new in a box i then looked around at other items in the store and i notice the no return on meta quest 3, even the controller chargers and notice it on all charging docks. UPDATE: owner responded to review, went into the store they seen the error and scratched the no return from the vr price tags.

Besides being impossible to contact by phone, I don't have too much bad to say about them in general but right now that is enough to warn you to not choose them. I had a laptop of mine cleaned up for my dad and bought maintenance and because it is not in his name he can't get an issue remediated. Sigh. Grr...

Price went I went in Monday. Notice no mention that the one in stock is a floor model.

I went in on a special event night with some manufacturer reps that were there to demo and answer…read morequestions. Had a great time, I was interested in subs at the time and was impressed by the JL audio demo. After the demo, I met Mike, Holm Audio owner. Seemed like a cool guy. He loaned me a couple of E110 subs to demo at home. He reached out via text to see how I was doing and negotiate a possible purchase. When I told him I was interested in demoing the E112's he told me they only one, he tried to sell me the 10 and 12 inch sub at a discount. I wasn't interested, as the size difference would bug me too much. So he asked me if was interested in anything else. I told him I was also interested in a direct to consumer subwoofer brand from Norway. Well I guess that upset him because he told me to return the subs right away, and that I would not be in his "VIP club". Needless to say, I returned the subs and did not make a purchase. This sucks because I really wanted to support a cool local Hifi shop like Mike's. But if he can't accept the fact that people are cross shopping consumer direct brands, he has a rude awakening coming. One star is for the staff, they have been nothing but amazing. In the end, I found a deal online for a pair of E112's that was better than what Mike could offer.

They dealt with the manufacturer to see if they would cover it. They wouldn't. Again, Neil to the rescue. He disassembled the device and found the problem. Something interfering with the contact between headphones and the device. Once that was removed, the device is like new. I thanked him profusely for his efforts and asked what I owe him for his efforts. His answer: nothing. Whoa! I think I'm bringing Neil a nice bottle of wine for his efforts. Thanks Holm audio.

I used to enjoy shopping at target. Clothes were hung in nice displays, food looked appetizing,…read morestore was clean, and there was always a friendly staff worker nearby to help. Now you can see they are clearly cutting costs with lack of staff members to ensure a quality shopping experience. I have to walk over piles of clothes on the floor to find something that's still on the hanger ( I won't dig through clothing pikes on the floor). Actually, I won't be back to purchase low cost leisure wear anytime in the near future.

I started driving to Willowbrook as I got closer to Willowbrook. I went ahead in the app and said that I was still coming, and when I did that I noticed after they had canceled my order I asked somebody who was outside giving an order to a customer about it. They said that the manager canceled it I was told to go inside to have that order processed mind you I did a curbside pick up for a reason. It's Sunday. Today's the day that I was just lounging in my house doing laundry had no intention to be out in public was not definitely presentable. Kinda look just like a bum today so I go inside. I talk to the first person who tells me that it would take two hours to process the order because I'm explaining to her that I don't have any of my debit cards. I just changed my bank account on Saturday so my Apple Pay is not working properly yet Being that I have no cards. I told her if I could please place the order on the app again because my target card is attached to my app. She keeps telling me it's gonna take two hours although the item is in her hand in a bag I've worked retail before as a courtesy. I feel that they should've went ahead and processed the order for me I then asked for the manager who canceled the order. She comes out with a very arrogant look on her face, seemingly looking like she's talking down to me as there's a crowd of people who probably feel more superior to me just because of how I look compared to everybody around me I'm Hispanic in a community of mostly Caucasian people at a target. It's the year 2025. Let's be real here if I was Caucasian Lexi, this team leader or whoever she is would've put this order through. I kept going back-and-forth with her about how it was unfair that she canceled my order. I told her if I could please place this order again I'm already here. I told her where I just came from. I told her the whole situation I told her if she could please look in the system to see if she has many orders that are that are placed that need to be picked up if I could just place the order I will stick around if it takes a half hour which is what it took from the time that I placed that order to the time that I got the email that it was ready for pick up. It did not take two hours. She looked in the system and told me there's not that many orders. It should take up to two hours again, not trying to be sympathetic or do me any kind of courtesy because she was the one that canceled the order on me. I know she could tell by my face and my voice that I wanted to cry I suffer from anxiety, depression I felt so bad about how she treated me That I'm not gonna just let this go. I am going to make sure to file a complaint against her I've been trying to call the store so I can get a store manager's name and nobody is answering my call. I received notification of my order being ready at 1:49 PM. I checked in at about 152 while waiting there realizing that mistakenly I was at the wrong place. I started heading over to the right location and by 2:23 PM. She canceled my order on me When I had already notated in the app that I was still coming in between that time.

There didn't seem to be much in the way of merchandise. Plenty of empty shelves. We looked around, selected a model and then went on the hunt for a sales person. None around. Went back to the front & were told to go wait at the register in the back. After 15 minutes gave up. Stopped an employee walking by to ask for help. He went looking for the stock of our selected TV and after awhile we found it ourselves in another part of the store. Such poor customer service, disinterested staff and a deserted, lifeless environment. Would not go back to this location.

He said "well that's not the price for it that's for a water bottle , but it will fit." I then said really? you guys should honor it cause it was tagged wrong . he said no it's not $15. I said okay thank you and walked away. Mind you I don't look into the details on the tags I saw it on the item and look at the price Thats.all.. I went to tell my husband about it and was debating if I should still take it for the actual price . Then I hear another worker with glasses walking by laughing about it on his headset while carrying a water bottle to the original worker who helped me . Made me feel uncomfortable, because it's not my fault it was tagged wrong , and I was just asking honestly if it could be honored . Maybe focus more on making sure you don't tag items wrong instead of making fun of customers . I still bought $250 headphones and $159 worth of legos. Maybe I need to start taking my business elsewhere .
