My main thing is I trusted them, bought many items from them and most of it over priced without a question, but one day on whatnot I won a roll of cents for "not cheap" and 2 special silver ounce rounds for under melt, what came in the package was just the over charged cents and the reciept showing all my purchases but without the rounds, since I won them below melt I am sure they made the mistake of "not sending" even when I asked for just generic replacements. They did refund me tho, but I would have preferred my rounds that I actually win and pay for.
