First off let me say, JoAnn closing is the only reason I dare go to Michaels. The customer service is crap from beginning to end. It's hard to find workers throughout the store, then when you actually do find "assistance" they don't know anything. The lines are always long, then they want you to self checkout. The selection isn't anything like JoAnns either. I can't really say you're getting Value because most items are overpriced, and unless you are paying regular price you can't get the sometimes 30% off 1 single item. Then curbside is a joke, wheres the phone number or something to click on the app like many of the other stores with seamless pickup! I'm just overall not happy about Michaels crafts, they recently made changes to their app so finding coupons is like finding Nemo!! If I could give a 0 I would have. Good luck or go to Hobby Lobby with longer lines but better prices or most likely 50% off ( and rain checks ).

As of today, 2/15/26, have had Aaron brothers frame 2 of 3 vintage posters for me. Excellent work, the third, was too expensive. However, the framing exceeded the cost of the art,but wtf. Thank you

The good: It's not Hobby Lobby. Frames were on sale for buy one get one free. Luciano was super helpful about colored pencils and markers The bad: We arrived at 545 to get 2 more frames after coming in earlier. The person doing framing said it would be best to come back with the poster that needed mating. When we arrived, we waited at the framing area for someone to help us. And I walked up to the guy working in the section he said "I'm not allowed to do it, framing closes an hour before closing. His manager wouldn't let him do it." There are no signs that say they close framing early. If there was a sign, we would not have returned. I spoke to the manager who kept saying they close framing early as if it's common knowledge. I asked to put a sign up so I wouldn't have came in.

First and foremost, the customer service here was great. The staff who helped us with custom framing were friendly and super helpful. When there was some complication between using a gift card and paying with a credit card, staff seemed very willing and ready to help us. We were really impressed. And, when you do custom framing here, staff generally would be more than happy to walk you through the process and let you play around with different ideas for frames, colors, and everything to make the product fit what you have in mind as closely as possible. I also liked the variety of the off-the-shelf frames that were available when we were at the store today. As for value, look out for some in-store deals such as BOGO free. They have those sometimes. Overall, I had a good experience at this Michaels store.

My boyfriend and I were driving around his hometown and out of no where I decided to ask if there is a Michaels around. Lucky he said yes and I was so excited to go. The last time I went to Michaels was when I was visiting Seattle 2 years ago! Michaels is by far one of the largest craft stores I've ever been to and I love it! I swear I always get lost when searching for arts and craft items in there! When I go to Michaels I normally head straight towards the bead section. They have a wide variety of beads and they also have discounts on them too! From my past visit I got these beautiful glass, plastic, and wood beads! I can't wait to use these on my Rave Kandi cuffs and perlers! Overall, I personally love Michaels I wish we had a large craft store like this back in Hawaii. I know when I visit the mainland I'll be sure to hit up the craft store again for some goodies!

This is definitely one of my favorite Michales locations. The rem members are always will yo go the extra mile to help me locate the items needed for a new project. They also have a great selection of Cricut products and a large assortment of shirts in both youth and adult sizes. There is ample parking and several handicap spots right upfront. You'll also find a cut pond just behind the store and a little grassy area for the little ones to run around. There's even a small restaurant/bar in the plaza for Dad to grab an ice cold brew while mom grabs a glass of wine.

    Needed some cardstock!

Does anyone know if this location closed permanently or moved? I went yesterday and saw they replaced it with an Ulta

They didn't move it, it's still open, you were just in the wrong shopping center. It's one over to the right, across from bed bath and beyond- not in the one with Ross/ orchards.

I appreciate this place being more of a class setting than those one-time activities for date night or to hang with friends, because ceramics takes awhile to get a good handle on. At the end of the course, I'm sure you will have a better understanding of pottery.

The store has a huge selection of paper reams and envelopes of colors and types. I usually try to look for certain types of paper for my projects and writing. I honestly was quite overwhelmed and getting quite anxious, as I have already spent much time looking. I did end up finding nice writing paper. Pricy but good value. When rung up I was told there were other cheaper alternatives, but by then I wanted to leave. I at least know where good writing paper is, but the other types I will continue to purchase online.

We walked in, and was floored by all the fabrics choices. They had other things as well such as books and certain kits or something. We showed them the sheet that listed what we needed and someone asked my son his favorite color and led him to an area with blue patterned fabric. He chose a couple and a navy thread. Someone helped cut the amount of fabric, and then we checked out. Wow I was surprised how expensive fabric is!! Not even a yard of each of the 2 fabrics, and it was already close to $30!! I suppose the educational value and supporting local and handmade stuff is worth it though, given one can buy a pillow case with pillow for far cheaper. Highly recommend for those that know how to sew and enjoy such crafts. I don't have the talent or creativity, but I appreciate all the different types of fabrics and such here!
