He personally reached out, invited us back (with additional guests too), and made every effort to ensure we had a much better experience. This visit felt completely different. Our new host was more attentive, present throughout the experience, and made us feel welcomed and ensured we were prepared. The customer service and overall atmosphere were improved and made the experience feel much more worth the investment. I truly appreciate a business that listens to feedback and takes action to make things right. That level of customer care speaks volumes, and I'm grateful they turned my experience around in such a thoughtful way.

The instructor Lilyan was awesome. We got to be chandlers for a day. The experience took about 2 hours in total. We brought our own wine which they provided cups and opened for us. We ordered a flatbread off the menu, but you can bring your own charcuterie. The place is beautiful and there are a variety of scents to choose from and mix together. We purchased the classic experience which was $62 and came with 2 medium candles up to 2 scents per candle. Gratuity included for parties over 5. Weill definitely do again. I love candles and to make your own feel great. And to do this with friends is priceless. I totally recommend !!

I feel I'm being generous by giving three stars here, it may be more like a 2.5 star location…read more For starters, the store is messy. Having worked at a different Joann location myself for several years, I know what I'm talking about. The fabric section was quite disorderly and the seasonal section looked like a bomb went off. I tried to make some small talk with the woman who was cutting my fabric, and she wasn't having any of it. I also didn't find the selection particularly outstanding. If you're not coming here for fabric, you can probably go to Hobby Lobby or Michael's and have a better experience with a wider selection of items.

Brand new high end yarn shop finally arrives on the Main Line! Yay!…read more Main Line Purls opened up two weeks ago in Devon. It's tucked away in a mixed use building right by the Marriott Courtyard, half a block from the Whole Goods and, in the other direction, the Black Cat Cafe. FDC and I spotted their colorful, bright sign after breakfast at the cafe. The shop is bright, clean and open. The yarn is all high quality, hand dyed skeins in a beautiful variety of colors and weights. They have done fun notions and gorgeous handbags too. We were greeted warmly, and the staff were lovely, answering questions and making thoughtful suggestions. They will also wind a skein or two while you wait if they're not very busy, and you can leave purchased skeins there for winding & pick up later. They told us they are planning to have classes and a Thursday night "knot in". This is a high end shop, with skeins of hand dyed yarn, including their own private label line. Do not come here expecting $6 Lion Brand acrylic yarns. The prices reflect the high quality of their yarn. Ok--so I'm a guy reviewing a boutique for women. But I like browsing for things to surprise my wife…read moreevery so often. And there were plenty of things in here at a decent price. Decor is wonderful, changing rooms are the most beautiful changing rooms I've ever seen (I should get some pictures next time I'm in there, they're neat). Makes this place certainly a little hidden gem. I browsed for what feels like a pretty long time, but only ended up getting a candle cause I only meant to pop in to see what the store was all about. Me and my wife are kind of regulars at Rocky's Pizza (same shopping plaza) so we've seen it and wondered what was inside. Well now I know! Certainly blew me away. I already mentioned the decor, but the general displays are nice as well (I work in retail, I can't help but be impressed by that). I was the only person in the boutique, but luckily I wasn't hounded. There was one person working there--didn't catch her name but she had long black hair and a nice sense of style herself. She was very pleasant and friendly. Also packaging was cute (pictured). :)
