The staff are very helpful and super knowledgeable so come with questions and leave with answers. They also have a display with several trains set up with buttons for people to try to see what lights up or makes sound. The trains were not moving while we were there and they were kind of busy in the lead up to Christmas so we didn't ask to have them running, but I'm sure they would have turned them on if we had asked.

My 8 year old son got a gift card to GameStop for his birthday 6 months ago. He chose to use it to buy a GameStop pass, so he could get a free pack of Pokémon cards every month (which the guy working sold him on). We've then proceeded to come on here every month to them never having Pokémon card packs, so he feels like he wasted his gift card. They won't even let him get the $.50 singles in its place since they can't fulfill what he wants. Additionally, there's always ever only 1 person working, and no matter who is working they are completely inept. They are no help in finding things, and when more than even one customer is in the store they disintegrate like wet toilet paper. Lastly, they never keep consistent hours. I can rarely get here during the week because they close at 5, and now they're not even open on the weekends when they say they will be. They went as far as to post a calendar on their door for their holiday hours, and yet here I am at 10:39 on a Saturday, when they say they'll be open at 10, and no one is even answering their phone let alone removing the gates form the door and opening the store. Horribly run business, rude staff, inconsistent hours. I guess I'll just start buying my gaming stuff at Target or Walmart, because this place stinks.

The variety of clothes, shoes & baby and toddler accessories is amazing! The layout of the store is easy to navigate as well. I headed straight to boys section and was welcomed by the owner. She asked me what I was looking for and navigated me right to where I needed to be. I was amazed at all the high quality brand name clothes. So many brand new with tags - but priced to sell! I couldn't believe it! I was in retail heaven! Imagine shopping at Nordstrom's or Saks Fifth Ave but getting much better prices. We ventured downstairs to just browse around and I was amazed at the quality of the strollers, play and packs and high chairs. You can tell the owner takes pride in this shop. I couldn't agree more. They are such a hardworking couple and deserve every accolade out there for small business. I always always always find great things here for my kids. Great selection of baby items small to large, clothes, dance wear, costumes, shoes, movies, books and toys. The clothes are always stain free and in meticulous condition and the prices are great. Lots of sales too! Big items are always clean as a whistle and also in great condition. The owners take pride in their selection for sure. Is that not some sort of health violation? These things are thing but they do help to provide a barrier. Manager apologized and said, order had not come in, but from the looks of the boxes and the attitudes of the other employees in the store, who simply said , "we don't have", I would bet they haven't had them or bothered to order them in a very long time.
