I had a terrible experience at this convenience store. The cashier was incredibly rude from the moment I walked up to the register. To make matters worse, I was charged twice for my purchase. When I pointed it out, instead of looking into the issue or trying to help, the cashier immediately blamed my card and insisted it was "my car(d) that's not working." This place had a sign up saying minimum purchase for using a card was $5 and if you didn't make the minimum you had to pay 35 cents cool! So I wanted to buy a soda for $1 and the lady with a thick accent and blondish hair who is allegedly the manager/owner told me the minimum was $5 and i pointed to the sign which said otherwise. So she proceeded to put my soda back before i could even make a decision if i wanted to spend a measly 4 more dollars in her pathetic store. But she already made the decision for me at that point. Rude, nasty and i might say prejudice establishment because they treat customers different depending on your skin color. Won't be back. Like an Alzheimer's patient, I always come back to this place. Years ago, the woman was so rude to me that I left and didn't come back for years. I started coming back within the past year or so and just today I went and stood at the counter, and the woman with the blonde hair was so annoyed by my sheer existence. She asked what I needed. I said hi I'd like to get two balloons and she said what do you want birthday ones, look on the counter that's what you could pick from. I said OK I can't pick from the ones on the wall? She said no only what's on the counter in front of you in the rudest voice possible way, and then went back to whatever she was doing. I said OK nevermind I'll get my balloons from somewhere else and maybe you can change your attitude!! Like most people, the only reason I go into this place is out of sheer convenience. It's a shame that people like this get to own a business and continue to do so. read more

Very impolite people who own this store, the person at the cash register, didn't speak to my wife and myself as we purchased items in their store, she was very unpleasant while checking out never said, thank you and acted like we were honored to shop in their establishment; the person at the calendar was a Indian native from India, she did not have very good manners, and even made myself and my wife feel as if we were unwelcome in this store as black Americans, I suggest anyone of color who is looking to shop at the store to pass by the store, they do not deserve to serve the public. read more

I like this store for it has discounted candy and $1.25 magazines rude service aside. I go in and come out happy with my finds.

If I could rate this place zero start I would. It has horrible register with very rude attitude. y not allowing you to read to get a refund when something does not work at all. The lady that works the register is the worse!! Horrible attitude, always on her phone, takes her rude ass time walking to the register even if there is a line to check out. God forbid you ask her a question, she looks at you with death ray eyes and spits out the most unhelpful answer. Usually I tolerate her because they do have random stuff you need from time to time, and the location is convenient. However, I will not be giving them any more business after today. I had a simple question - how much is it to use their helium tank for balloons I already purchased elsewhere (I know they do this). She refused to give me a price or a range and said she'll decide when I bring the balloons in. I told her it's the same kind as the ones hanging on the wall, all around the front of the store. I'm trying to decide if I should just buy new ones, or pay to use their helium tank. Then she started yelling and starting her sentences with "LISTEN!" I recently discover this amazing store . I needed balloons for a birthday party and they have a huge selection of party stuff. (cheaper then anywhere else) The store is very clean and organized and the staff was very helpful I have had nothing but amazing experiences shopping here. read more

The staff is super unfriendly, not rude or anything just not welcoming. They don't make conversation or even eye contact. That kind of turns me off from coming in honestly and the few times i've not been able to find anything I wandered around the store a few times rather than ask for help. That's not good! As a store, it's small. But if you need something and you're close by it's no worse than any other dollar store. They have typical stuff..seasonal stuff, party gear, beauty/bath products, home goods, lots of toys and pet supplies as well. There are better dollar stores in the area though. read more

The only reason I go to this store is because it is literally a stone's throw away from my house and sometimes I need a dollar store item in a hurry. My problem is not with the store itself per se but with the utter lack of customer service and the poor attitude of most of the employees who work here. One woman in particular is totally unfriendly. When I purchase something from her at the register, she never gives eye contact, does not tell you how much the purchase is and throws the bag on the counter for you to pick up and leave. The last time I purchased something, she was talking on her cell phone in a foreign language through the entire checkout process. It's a shame because I would frequent this small business a lot more frequently if the attitude was different. read more

I read the other review and feel the exact same way. The indian woman who works there is horrible. She was on her cell phone and I was standing in the aisle waiting to see if she could help me and she walked right by me as if I wasn't there! She then was annoyed that she had to help me because I could not reach some of the items. I asked her if what I bought was returnable. She said yes and long as the packaging was not opened. I purchased what I needed and looked at the receipt which said no returns or refunds. I went back and asked her to write a note on the receipt saying that she told me it was returnable. She then told me how she did not say it was returnable but exchangeable and proceeds to point at the sign above the register. She never told me that when I asked her and I wasn't in a spot where I would have seen the store. Horrible store!!!!! read more
