I was here last week for the first time and I found the woman working there to be unbearable. Incredibly annoying and unfriendly. The checkout process took 25 minutes too long and we had to pay the credit card fee. It's 2024 and what I was buying was expensive. Additionally, she asked me a few personal questions during checkout that I did not like. I hadn't been in their stores in a long time. They're usually not very friendly, so that's unfortunately part of going in there. But today I went to go downstairs and was treated to a loud "UH UH!" "That ain't open!". I recently moved into a "luxury apartment" so I was wondering if I'd find any small pieces to decorate with. But if it's too much to ask for a decent "Excuse me, the downstairs is closed right now." or similar... I consider it my last. Besides I've experienced the attitude in the past others have mentioned. New to the area and needed to furnish a home. This is...not my style. It seems they go to a lot of estate sales, and pick up stuff from sidewalks and so forth. I did see a potentially lovely rug, but the price is outrageous (especially considering much-needed professional cleaning will be many hundreds on top). This store seems to never be open when they say they are/are supposed to be. On multiple occasions now I have attempted to stop in but for one reason or another (staff meeting, closing early, changing their hours that day) they are not open. Very hard to shop with such inconsistency. read more

I follow on social media. Every time I inquire about an item it is already sold. I was willing to pay a deposit on an item and no one on social media responded to me. I called the store and there was a list not to mention the woman was super rude. I inquired online and someone should answer that account. I can't put my name on a list when the store is closed. This store is always my first stop when shopping for something unique for my home. Well...once again, ReDecor Home Consignment did not disappoint. I went looking for a console table. Left with a console table, a mirror, and Oh MY GAWD...a Burberry pocketbook. A consignment shoppers dream! But, it was those "raw iron candle stick holders" that shook-up my emotions. I was looking through the window right before 11am on a Sunday and a very nice woman let me in. I asked her about the price of a desk, since it was not marked. She deferred to a man that was about to arrive that would know the price. I walked around a bit more then headed to the main desk to offer leaving my phone number, which she had suggested, so they didn't feel pressure to give me a price right then and there. The dude barely looks at me and goes "yeah well we're not even open yet" dripping with attitude and terrible vibes. Safe to say I told the nice lady not to worry about taking my number like she had offered. That man clearly doesn't care about bringing a positive attitude to life and treating people with respect. I do not do business with ungrateful douchebags so I will not be going back. read more

The owner insulted her husband and staff while I was shopping which made me uncomfortable. The furniture delivery I paid for was lost and time consuming to rectify. The store's selection is mediocre and overpriced. There are better options on the Main Line. read more

Have passed by this store many times but never stopped in until this week. It is actually two stores, separated by a few doors. Both are jam packed with merchandise. It is clear a lot of items turn over quickly because there was brisk volume of people taking deliveries and a bunch of items waiting for prices. The staff in the larger store was super friendly and checked on a few items we had questions about. There was one piece that was about to drop in price the next day and they said they would give us that price a day early. The owner even helped us with a dolly to navigate one piece through a narrow aisle and out the door. If there was only one surprise was that there is a 4% surcharge for credit cards, which seems quite high. A lot of people don't carry checks or a lot of cash (and the closest ATM has a $400 limit) so it definitely adds some complexity for shopping in order to avoid a larger bill. read more

ReDecor is an amazing resource on the Main Line. Reina has an excellent eye and is always bringing in beautiful and unusual pieces of furniture, lighting, art and decor. Found an amazing bed at a great price. In all of my excitement I forgot the side rails so we couldn't put it together. I called the store at closing time on a Sunday and the owner actually drove it out to me! Above and beyond amazing!! read more
