I have been a patient of this clinic for over 6 years. I make a trip here from the marina for my annual visit with Dr. Grigorian. I'm very fond of her. She is an absolute gem and professional. I have been having an ongoing battle with dry eye and she has helped me navigate this by prescribing some medication drops. I've been visiting Dr.Khoury office the past 4 years for all my optometry needs and I could not be happier. First off every eye doctor I've had here has treated me with care and took the time to explain everything my visit would be comprised of. I've visited some optometry offices that make you feel rushed but I've never gotten that vibe from them. My encounter with all their staff has been pleasant . The staff here is sooooo very nice and helpful. They are kind and thoughtful people and it's always quite easy to get an appointment and they have always stayed on schedule. I've been going to Michael Khoury, O.D. Inc. for over five years, and I've worn DAILIES AquaComfort Plus lenses comfortably for more than a decade. This year, even though my prescription didn't change, the doctor I saw (not Dr. Khoury himself, but someone working under him) told me that AquaComfort Plus was discontinued -- which is not true. Instead of giving me the option to continue with the brand I know works, he gave me two trial lenses: one was Precision1, and the other was an unfamiliar brand that was very uncomfortable. I picked Precision1, and that's what was prescribed. But the lenses make my eyes feel tired, blurry, and dry. I later confirmed with Alcon, the manufacturer, that DAILIES AquaComfort Plus is still available -- only the trial packs were discontinued. Since my prescription didn't change, I didn't need a trial -- I just wanted to continue using what works for me. This wasn't the first time either. Last year, they also tried to push Precision1, but I chose to stick with AquaComfort Plus then. This year, I wasn't given that option -- I was told it no longer existed. I followed up with the office, explained what I learned, and requested an updated prescription. It took multiple calls and emails before they finally sent it. After years of trusting this clinic, I feel misled and pressured toward a product I didn't ask for. Patients deserve accurate information, honest communication, and options -- not sales-driven care. I will not be returning to this office. read more

I really like this office. It's not fancy, but they're polite and professional and both providers I've seen have been excellent and pleasant. I highly recommend you give it a try. She even chased down my husband in Costco before he left the store because she'd gone over his results again and found a possible retina tear. She urged him to see a specialist and he did.
