The parts were very expensive, but she found me the best rates possible. She was very thorough in answering all of my questions and has a full understanding of her craft. After contacting Samsung about my 5 year old TV that was no longer connecting to the internet, they referred me to Michaels Electronics. They were able to get parts quickly and came out for repair within a couple days. Shortly after they left my TV started acting weird, like there was a short. They came out the first part of the week and discovered a whole new problem. They were at our home longer than expected and going through every possible troubleshooting. Finally decided what it was and ordered parts and came out again. This company and employees were considerate and got our TV working again. They gave us a good deal for the unexpected work that occurred and came late in the evening to finish the work. They are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend their business! read more

Can't say enough good things about Sandra and her service. Have an older Sony that's heavier than I am so I had trepidations of how I was going to get it to a repair facility. Called Sandra to see if she would work on it and how could I get it to her shop. Within about 5 minutes after she answered she had diagnosed the problem, said she would have to order the needed part, and bring it to my house and install it. Three days later, two of which were a weekend, she showed up on time, installed the broken part, and had the TV running in less than 1/2 an hour. All for less cost than I could have imagined. Sandra obtained a reconditioned board to solve the HDMI port problem with our Sony TV. She tells me the price was about half that of a new board. Then when a software update at her shop was necessary for the board to work flawlessly, Sandra arranged for pickup and delivery of the TV in the same day from our home so we wouldn't be without the TV in the evening. I'm grateful for Sandra's commitment to saving money for her clients and maximizing her client's convenience. I would have given them 2 stars but i just couldnt. I took a computer to these people and it took over 5 months to get done, i kept getting the run around from the owner that the wrong parts were ordered or the parts dont fit or the problem is this or that or the hard drive. So after telling them i need the computer i got it back broken as much as before, broken key board half the keys were broken and i tried to figure out why the key board was sticking up and not resessed properly. I kept hearing something rattling in the computer and i had a professional a real computer repair shop look at it and all the plastic tabs that hold the back on the laptop were broken off and the taps holding the key board down were broken. The computer had a software problem not a hard ware problem until they got their hands on it. I dont recommend you taking your electronics here. I had someone else take something there and i dont think it has been repaired since november last year. I would be very careful. They may know their tvs that are stacked up inside their shop. But computers uggg. NOT HAPPY!!!! read more

I can't say enough good things about Sandra and her son's superior customer service and technical skills. My 2013 Samsung LED HDTV had a random turning on and off(power cycling problem) that was driving me crazy. I reached out to Michaels Electronics Services via yelp and received a response within 24 hour, that alone is a reason for (3) stars given the lack of response from other service providers. Long story short, they indicated that my TV could be repaired rather than my plan to purchase another TV given that the NBA playoffs were starting the weekend of April 16th. Sandra and I arranged a day and time to come to my house that worked for my schedule. Sandra and her son arrived on time and fixed my TV within 45 minute, it would have been less time had my TV not be wall mounted. Not only did they fix my TV, we had a good conversation about the various TV brands that I was considering as an future upgrade in as they provide "sage" advice as to which brands and or features were the best value for the money. I strongly recommend Michael Electronic Service for their value added customer service and technical abilities. read more
