Having issues with my Samsung TV, This place is listed as a repair center. Arranged an in-house service call for 08 March 21, for between 1030 and 1130. Have texts to prove this. Sent text today to verify appointment. Now being told they will not be available until Tuesday, 09 March. Very bad form as my available time is limited. Will not be recommending this place to anyone....period. UPDATE: Offered to come to the house on Tuesday at around 5 pm. As I stated above my time is limited. I cannot thank Sandra enough for fixing a couple of problems with my Samsung TV. First my tv just wouldn't turn on after a week of use and she promptly figured it out and I received a new replacement tv. Unfortunately this new tv had a defect and we didn't see it until that night. We had to go through Samsung again and they sent us a tech from a different company (they didn't do anything and just closed our repair ticket without looking). I knew Sandra was great, and so I called Samsung again and got her as the technician the second time. She is amazing. She called the same day and figured out what we needed. The next day she changed the tv panel and we didn't even have to deal with Samsung after that. She did it all!! She was so efficient and very knowledgeable! I am so glad I picked Michael electronics! It's really sad that I have to write this Review. I, originally, used to take my computer to Hytek, but when they closed their business, I decided to give these guys a try, when they moved into the building. My computer was mess after I updated my Windows 10 for Microsoft Edge. My bookmarks, photos, and documents were missing. Also, I could not Pin anything to the Task Bar from the Start Menu. All this was explained to Jonathan. Jonathan worked on this for a few hours and I thought everything was fixed at the cost of $65; however, when I got home to check my bookmarks (he had set them up in a tab called "other bookmarks"), that tab disappeared. I don't feel this should have happened. I contacted Jonathan and explained what happened, and that, I STILL was unable to move items from my Start Menu and Pin them to my Taskbar, and explained to him that the Error tab was still there. He asked me to bring back my computer, which is extremely heavy and large, and originally wanted to charge me $65 MORE! I am retired and can't afford to keep forking out money, especially, when he acted, as if, my computer was fixed! He, then, dropped it down to $45! What!? I expected it to be completely fixed with the first charge, so I emailed him, again, to ask him if his work wasn't guaranteed!? It should have been NOTHING since I was told things were fixed. Hardly! I sent 3 emails to him and no reply to either of the emails. Now, this isn't the first time I've taken my computer to these people. It is run by a mother, Sandra, and her two sons, Jonathan and Michael. So, now, it looks like I will be looking for another computer business. :( I would sincerely like some recommendations with reasonable charges and in the town of Fairfield, CA. read more

My Samsung 75 inch TV broke down with black stripes. The entire process took a about 2 weeks due to ordering parts. They called the day before repair to make sure I am home. And on the day of repair, they texted twice to ensure arrival time. Then.... Sandra and Claudia came to the rescue. They are beautiful, funny, professional, and they smell good! The ladies hauled in a new 75 inch panel with movers cloth to protect my floor. Sandra kept a string of interesting conversations going while I watched nervously as my beloved 4K UHD TV being taken apart. 10 minutes later, the TV is back online with as good as new!
