I was all the shopping area, looking for a place to eat and noticed Mian, which was new to me. It was at the same spot as Layang Layang used to be so the inside still looked very familiar. I was told that they have been opened for 6 months. The staff was very efficient, able to speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin. You can scan the QR code to order or order through the staff. We ordered the Indian stirred fry noodles with chicken and XLB. Both were delicious. The XLB was huge and full of juice. The noodles were Al dente and good portion size. They also have frozen XLB and dumplings to go. 20 pieces of XLB for $20. Definitely will come back to try the soup noodles and get some frozen XLB.
I have been checking this place out monthly as I get my hand made frozen jiaozi from here. Tried the beef noodle. I say it's ok. Better than most over here but nothing beats the taoyuan airport 2nd floor food court. Xiaolongbao. It is very very juicy. Be careful eating this. I always punch a small hold and drink it before eating it My favorite dish from here is the Chinese donut with soy milk. I would say it's more like a churro without the powder sugar Pan fried bao. I like this one very much. But there is also juice in this. It's a love hate thing. Taste good and like the crunch but it's a mess with the juice overflow. Again. U gotta de-juice it and then eat it. Still a few more dishes to explore but I have been very satisfied with the dishes and also the frozen jiaozi that I have purchased several times
The food is legit. Every dish was good with some being even excellent. Food: Spicy braised beef noodle soup- legit. Hella hits the spot on flavors and the broth. The broth actually wasn't really that Sichuan/spicy which I'm surprised about but honestly I don't love my broth coated in a bunch of chili oil and this was perfect. The beef was also perfectly braised. 9/10 Xiao long baos- the skin is slightly thicker and the size is larger than Taiwanese style xlb and even more so if you compare to din tai fung which makes em really petite but they were really good with lots of soup. Would recommend. 9/10 Mapo tofu bodies- nothing insane but the map tofu and noodles were good and it's a combo you normally can't get together. Would recommend if you craving mapo tofu and noodles lol. 8/10 Wagyu beef onion pie- really good. Reminds me of pan friend baos(shen jian bao). Very juicy. 8.5/10 Chengdu zajiang noodles- solid dry noodle dish. Was tasty but nothing insane. 8/10 Sichuan hot sour noodle- man I was hoping these would be like the ones in Sichuan (suan la fen) not this is suan la mian. The dishes are very close but the noodles are completely diff. The noodles are like a thin wheat noodle instead of the glassy potato noodles which are so much better imo. Flavors of the broth were on point but I still prefer the potato noodles. I do like that just like the other spicy noodle soup it wasn't all coated with chili oils. 8/10 Steamed dumplings- not much to say. Solid dumplings and they have a few unique stuffing options. 8/10 Overall you can't take go wrong with anything here and the prices are fair. Would def recommend for a quick Chinese noodle house or dumpling fix.

Inside was bright and clean, the only thing i'd note about is how the staff never came in to check in on us, you would have to just wave them down if you needed something. Another note the cucumber salad was actually more like pickles not fresh cucumber with seasoning.
The noodles had a great texture and were cooked well. The broth was solid, but I would've liked a bit more depth of flavor. Overall, it's a good bowl, though not my favorite clear-broth beef noodle soup in the Bay Area. The cold dishes were a highlight. I especially liked the celery in the celery and tofu skin dish. It absorbed the marinade really well, giving it a surprisingly sweet and flavorful bite.
Surprisingly good. We got their special dry noodles, golden chicken soup and siomai. I would get their special noodles again! So yummy It got busy during lunch! Came out normal time. I would come back here again
Good food at a good price! Unfortunately my phone didn't have service here so it made ordering troublesome because there was only one server working on the floor and he didn't come check on us. The beef noodle soup was delicious. The noodles had the perfect texture and the broth was very flavorful. I also enjoyed the Zajiang Noodles. Would recommend!
Mian is truly delicious, simple, and affordable. The star of the show is the spicy braised beef noodle. The medium spice level was very manageable - I think I'll get extra spicy next time. The noodles are perfectly al dente, and the flavor of the broth is so satisfying. Service is extremely fast, and I'm a fan of the EDM they played. The interior decorations are also very aesthetic! It's like you are being transported to China.
This place has cute decor, very friendly staff, and lemon water, which is a nice touch. It's pretty busy, so I recommend getting there closer to opening - I went at 5:30 PM when it opened at 5, and I didn't have to wait at all. There are a decent number of vegetarian items, which is great. The noodles I got were mapo tofu noodles, and they were pretty spicy - they use Sichuan spice, which gives them a that mouth-numbing quality. That's expected, I suppose, since Sichuan is in the restaurant's name, but it depends on your spice preference. We also got vegetable dumplings, which were okay. I'd say the noodles were the best item.
I have eaten here twice so far out of randomness and seeing it open a while ago? I only ordered two different dishes which were enough to greatly impress me. This is one of the few places around here that offer very high quality authentic Chinese food. Where nothing is over powering or dominating, it's balanced between being in the healthier side.

I was really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately it fell short of expectations. The food was pretty average, and there are several other XLB spots in the area that I personally enjoyed more. The restaurant is mostly self-service. We seated ourselves, ordered ourselves, and even the water was already set on the table. The biggest disappointment was the service at the end of the meal. When I asked for the bill, I paid in cash and had the amount ready. I was planning to leave a cash tip on the table, but before I even had the chance, the server looked at the cash and immediately said, "You know this doesn't include tip," in a very rude and dismissive tone. What bothered me most was the assumption. I always tip and fully intended to leave one, but I wasn't even given the opportunity before being called out about it. Considering how self-service the experience already was, the comment felt unnecessary and quite off-putting. It completely changed my impression of the restaurant and left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall, the food was okay, but the service alone makes it hard for me to recommend or come back.
Love that mian has mamak stall style mee goreng here with unmatched wok hay. I was sad to see the previous spot before Mian go but am happy to see that in its place is an amazing eatery in its own right. The workers at Mian are very friendly and personable and interacted with our dog when my partner picked up takeout the first time he went. My partner is mala fiend and loved the zajiang mian. He also really like the beef noodle soup for its rich flavor and bouncy noodle texture. Personally I really appreciated the menu price--great value for the cucumber salad, steamed egg, and XLB. The XLB soup was incredible, once again very rich and savory with hints of ginger. The strength of Mian is definitely in its tried and true flavor profile. I will be returning to try the cold noodle! I will also be ordering the fried rice, which seem like they would go perfectly with the steamed egg.

The food and service was excellent. One of the best I have come across in the south bay. The steam xiao long bao and the clear noodle soap was truly mouth watering. Emma was our server and service was friendly and prompt as always. read more

New Mian East Bay location conveniently opened in Milpitas! I've been to the Cupertino location before and I have to say, this new restaurant is bigger, less busy, and just as good (if not better). Fast service without sacrificing that Michelin Guide quality that put their food on the map. The inside space was really nicely decorated with mah jong posters and Chinese food stand facades, and there were plenty of tables and chairs. Definitely can accommodate the foot traffic of the South Bay location once word gets out. We came in for a Monday dinner and ordered a little bit of everything to share family style -- this is the way to go! Chengdu Zajiang noodles: Really good, I preferred this over their beef noodle soup. Great ratio of meat to sauce to noodles and was very flavorful. Pan fried pork buns: Good size and nice texture! Pan fried soup dumplings are the perfect combo of XLB and potstickers. Pork XLB: Good but the wrappers ripped easily, possibly because we waited too long before eating them. Tofu skin & celery appetizer: Something a little different, but would pass on it next time. read more
This new Mian location is amazing.. the same food you love, but in the prime location of Milpitas along side with some other great dessert options to enjoy after your meal. The interior is newly renovated with bright neon signs, vibrant decor, and thoughtful bamboo finishes throughout the space. Interior is clean and well maintained. Come before 6:30 pm if you're coming for dinner and don't want to wait. Chengdu fried rice - 5/5 Fragrant delicious fried rice that is simple yet comforting. Add some chili oil on top for that extra depth of spicy flavor. Pork shrimp dumplings (steamed) - 5/5 Super plump sweet pieces of shrimp that pair nicely with the juicy pork meat. Definitely order this. Siu mai with sticky rice and mushroom - 5/5 This was a fan favorite at our table. The sticky rice has an unbelievable umami flavor profile that makes this dish completely underrated. The sticky rice is comforting and hearty. The dumpling skin is so thin and delicate- just enough to notice that its there and give a little chewy texture. Service is fast and friendly. You can order via QR code online as there is free wifi offerred. Just let the workers know when you're ready to settle the bill. 3/5, wasn't terrible it wouldn't be in my personal choices as a place to go but if my friends or someone wanted to go i wouldn't be opposed to type of place - firstly everything was okay, it is what it is but also lacking a little bit to the point is literally is just what it is - enjoyed the suace on the wontons -the soup flavour was good, the noodles were good but together they didn't seem to go well as the noodles didn't really pull or take any of the soup flavour so it just tasted like watery noodles that the texture is good -the lamb is good as well strong chinese meat flavor that i enjoy read more

Yummy delicious comfort foods! Look no further. I love noodles and dumplings! This is a chain and they have several locations and funny this is the first time I've eaten here and wont be my last. There's a QR code on each table where you can look at the menu. Here's what we ordered: Xiao Ling Bao (6pcs) $10.99 (4/5) Super plump and juicy once popped in your mouth. Make sure for it to cool down a bit before indulging or it'll be piping hot Chocolate Xiao Ling Bao (4pcs) $7.99 (5/5) Creamy milky warm chocolate goodness in your mouth. The kids loved this one! Crispy Sichuan Style Chicken $9.99 (5/5) Really juicy crispy and well marinated bites of popcorn chicken with a spicy, sweet dry dipping sauce. Really tasty Chendu Zaijian Noodles $14.99 (5/5) This noodle dish is one of their popular dishes. It comes with one fried egg, bok choy, ground pork, soft noodles in a sauce which you can customized to be more spicy. The spice is a numbing spice so beware of getting it too spicy and make sure to mix well as the sauce is on the bottom. We also added a side of braised beef for extra $6. Spicy Braised Beef Noodle Soup $15.99 (4/5) This was similar the above dish but had soup in it and no ground pork but braised beef. If you want more a soup dish then I recommend this. We came on a weekday dinner. It wasn't too busy, so we were seated quickly. You'll order using a QR code, and they'll bring it out to you. We ordered a steamed egg, panfried pork bun, Chengdu Zajiang noodle, pork xiao lonb bao, and Chengdu fried rice. The non-dumpling orders came out incredibly quickly! The steamed egg is a massive treat. Make sure you order at least one per person, otherwise your relationships might be strained after fighting for it. The egg was silky-smooth, and the sauce and pork added a nice salty kick. The Chengdu Zajiang noodles were tasty, too. The sauce clings well to the springy noodles, and the bits of ground pork supplement the texture. The chengdu fried rice is also tasty. The rice is fluffy and well seasoned, and there's a decent amount of egg. The pork xiao long bao is pleasant - the wrappers are thin, but do not yield so easily to your chopsticks; the broth is piping hot and full of flavor, and the meat is plentiful. The pan fried buns were our weakest link here - the fillings aren't as tasty as the xiao long bao's, and it was a little too doughy for our liking. We liked that they were crispy, though. read more
Randomly came across this location when we went to have lunch at Daeho in Milpitas! It took over the old Layang Layang restaurant, right next door to BBQ Chicken. On our first visit, we came on a Monday around 9am. Apparently they have a VERY limited menu during breakfast hours, which is until 11am. All the items I wanted to order were not available. The waitress did suggest some items we could order but we decided to come back another day. Wish I knew this ahead of time.. so I didn't waste our time or gas getting there. Anyways.. so we made another trip to Mian on a Sunday and arrived a little past 11am. We got seated right away. The restaurant was spacious with lots of tables. We ordered via QR code.. DUMPLING IN SWEET & SPICY SAUCE (6) $7.99 -we got this with pork filling. Always good. The sauce was garlicky, savory and sweet. The dumpling skin was nice and chewy. 4/5* PAN FRIED PORK BUN (4) $8.99 -came out piping hot and juicy. The bottoms were crispy and not oily. Meat was soft but could be more seasoned. Definitely had to eat it with the chili oil and black vinegar. 4/5* STEAM PORK XIAO LONG BAO (6) $10.99 -came out piping hot and super juicy. The XLB's were pretty big and the dumpling skin was nice and thin. Just like the pan fried bun, meat was soft but could be more seasoned. Definitely had to eat it with the chili oil and black vinegar. 4/5* MEE GORENG MAMAK $16.99 -came with bits of chicken, tofu, tomato scrambled egg and bean sprouts. SO flavorful. Super excited to see that Mian opened up a spot in Milpitas! This location is quite large and most tables seat 4 people but I think they can easily accommodate slightly larger groups as well. I like ordering xiao long bao (nice thin wrapper) with savory hot soup inside and tender pork. I order shen jian bao which is the pan fried bun with savory soup and pork filling. Unfortunately, the bottom was burnt so we couldn't fully enjoy the whole bao. Next I recommend rice noodles with minced pork, fried egg, and bok choy. This place is amazing! We had the golden wonton soup, chili oil wonton, and the spicy braised beef noodle soup. The wontons came out first, and my son ate all of his spicy wonton within minutes! The texture of the wrapper is fantastic. Every bite brought smiles to our faces :) It's easy to tell, they use high quality pork for their stuffing. The flavor was phenomenal. The beef noodle soup was also on point. Overall we were very happy with our meal. The staff were very friendly, and ambiance was perfect for good comfort food, with friends and family. This location looks so nice. The decor is so cool and similar to the other location I been to. The workers here are nice and friendly. The restaurant is very clean. Everything I tried here was so delicious. I was sad that they were sold out of the chocolate dumpling. My favorite thing here was their steam pork XiaoLongBao the soup and meat was so flavorful and not salty. Mian is seriously good, and after eating here, it makes complete sense why the brand has Michelin Guide recognition. I ordered the Spicy Braised Beef Noodles, the Mian Veggie Cold Combo, the Steamed Baby Bok Choy, and also tried the dumplings, and everything was excellent. The braised beef noodle soup was the standout for me. The broth had real depth, layered spice, and a rich savory finish that felt polished rather than heavy. The beef was tender, the greens were fresh, and the whole bowl felt balanced and deeply satisfying. The veggie sides were just as impressive. The cold combo added great texture and contrast to the meal, while the steamed baby bok choy was fresh, tender, and simply but confidently prepared. The dumplings on the menu are super good too and absolutely worth ordering. They rounded out the meal perfectly and made the whole experience feel even more complete. Service also made a difference here. Our server, Tuan, was excellent. Attentive, professional, and warm without ever being overbearing. Great service always elevates a meal, and Tuan definitely helped make the experience even better. What stood out most was the consistency and restraint. Nothing felt sloppy, overdone, or there just for show. Every dish tasted thoughtful and well executed. This is the kind of place that reminds you why Michelin-recognized spots matter: strong point of view, precise execution, and food that feels memorable without trying too hard. I have eaten here multiple times and I can confidently say that Mian will become a staple for my Chinese food cravings. We've sampled their noodles, dumplings, and appetizers, and everything we've tried here so far has been delicious. The food is reasonably priced and comes out quickly. It's a no-frills restaurant that lets you order by QR code, and staff is efficient. I'm not an expert on Sichuan food, but I find the food here tasty. The noodle dishes are the star here, in my opinion. I've tried their zhajiang noodles, beef noodle soup, and golden chicken noodle soup and they were all really good. The xiao long bao here had a nicely thin dough layer and juicy filling. Other bun dishes were pretty good, but I definitely prefer their noodles more. I also love to order their soy milk and cucumber salad. The interior is bright and decorated to make you feel like you're eating at a street stall, which makes the vibes pretty fun. I'm glad to have a Sichuan restaurant staple in my neighborhood! read more
Got the following: - Xiao long bao: Good size. Skin wasn't thick, pretty good layer, but a few of it would break because it was sticking to another xlb. For the ones we could enjoy as a whole piece, so much soup in it. Great flavor and appetizer to start off - Clear beef broth noodles: Decided to try this over the spicy version. The worker gave us some chopped chilis on the side (different than the chili old on the table). Decent flavor, went with the default noodles (rice noodles is the other option). Noodles were cooked perfectly. My only complaint was that the soup came out room temp, which is a disappointment. I'll try the spicy one next time. - Chengdu Zajiang noodles: Got it with the default noodles, definitely the way to go. This one had more flavor compared to the beef noodle soup. You can choose your level of spice. It has a mix of sweet and savory to it. I added more chili oil to it. Good option for a dry noodle. Dined in on a Saturday afternoon around 12ish. Most tables were full. Spacious and clean spot! Nice decor throughout the space. They sell their frozen dumplings. I'm glad the restaurant is on the right side of the plaza since the other side gets so packed. Scan the QR and placed order via phone. Can't pay online, they'll bring it to you. I'd recommend and would come back to try other items. read more

The old lang lang location with great frozen dumpling and xiaolongbao. We enjoy the xiaolongbao, noodle and chili oil wonton etc. The food is very delicious and the service is great. We highly recommended. read more

Just happened to be in Milpitas and haven't decided what to eat for lunch and saw the sign advertisement for Mian. It's located on the otherside of the shopping center therefore the advertised near K on the Go (I was getting a drink from there). The ambiance of the restaurant is quite interesting, you get to see the masters making the fresh noodles and buns. The table and chairs were quite unique as well. Once seated you can order from your table QR code and submit. The services was fast and attentive. The food was coming out in minutes. I really enjoyed the Spicy Braised Beef Noodle, the noodles were just right in texture with enough chewyness. The Wagyu pork bun was not as juicy as expected but tasted just right. As for my XLB and other dumplings there were okay. I was a little disappointed on the look of the lettuce dumplings, the green and white was not as pictured. Overall good experience but had better dumplings elsewhere in the bay area. read more
Food: The beef rib noodle soup, glad it's not on the spicy end as you can add spices to make it spicy to your choice of liking. The meat close to the bone was tender, meat on the side were on the rough side. Like how the noodle is made from wheat so you won't get that sugar high from rice noodles. There's an option to choose rice noodles though! Clear beef noodle soup (not pictured). The slices doesn't taste fresh. XLB the pork filling smelled bad. The dough texture is good though. Juicy. Got turned off by the smell of the filling. Mugwort red bean filling was super dry. Mugwort felt like artificial flavor and this icky mint taste. Don't recommend. Service: old asian ladies hard to get their attention. Other waiters are friendly. Ambiance: very popular on the weekend. Luckily no wait times for us when we went. Would come again for the beef rib noodle soup as it's a nice comfort food. read more

So excited to see that Mian opened up another restaurant. The first one is in the Cupertino Main Street by Alexander's Steakhouse. This Milpitas location has more parking. We came here with a big party of 9. They moved two tables together to accommodate us. I like the decor as it was similar to their other location minus the light lanterns hanging from the ceilings. Two unisex restrooms. We ordered family style and shared everything. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and attentive. Chengdu Zajiang Noodles: Contains one fried egg. (Dandan Mian) is the more common and authentic name for this dish. Experience the vibrant flavors of Chengdu with Zajiang Noodles, a dish of fresh noodles tossed with a rich, mild spicy sauce made from ground pork, chili oil, and Sichuan peppercorns. This was flavorful and so good. Mapo Tofu Noodle(Vegan): Spicy. Noodles topped with silky tofu in a spicy, numbing Sichuan chili sauce. Tomato & Beef Noodle: Tender beef slices, fresh bok choy, and cilantro in a savory tomato broth with noodles. (No pic). I am glad I got a chance to try it. But probably my least favorite. Chili Oil Wonton 6pcs: Spicy. Pork filling with spinach wonton skin. Authentic Sichuan Street Food: Indulge in our handmade wonton featuring a house-special filling sauce. A must-try for any Sichuan food enthusiast. These were FIRE! Golden Soup Wonton 12pcs: Golden Broth Wontons - pork or Chicken filling. These delicate wontons are served in a rich, golden broth infused with pumpkin purée and topped with fresh green onions (No pic). Old Shanghai Pork Bao 3pcs (No pic). Meaty and flavorful. Crispy Sichuan Style Chicken: golden-fried bites of marinated chicken, the juicy and aromatic "chicken version" of classic Sichuan fried pork, bursting with savory spice and crunch. The dry dipping seasoning was delicious. (No pic). Xiao Long Bao (6pcs): Delicate soup dumplings filled with juicy pork and rich, savory broth, wrapped in a thin, tender skin and steamed to perfection. Pan Fried Pork Bun (4pcs): Pan-fried bun filled with juicy pork and savory broth, crispy on the bottom and soft on top. Everything we had was good. We'll be back. I came here for an early-ish dinner on a rainy night and was not disappointed! At around 530pm on a Sunday there was no wait and we were sat immediately. The inside was clean, tons of space, and the chairs were comfortable. The restroom was also clean and well maintained. We both ordered the beef noodle soup and wow! It was delicious! After we ordered the soup came out in less than 10min. The portions are generous, prices are reasonable, broth was so flavorful, and the beef was super tender. Even though the service was fast we didn't feel rushed at all. Will definitely come back to this location or others! read more
Got the Chengdu Zajiang Noodle, Chili Oil Wonton, and Spicy Braised Beef Noodle. Zajiang Noodle had ground pork, spicy chili sauce, fried egg and steamed bok choy. The noodles had the same texture as spaghetti but more wheat taste. The ground pork and chili sauce mixed together was peppery spicy. Fried egg calmed the spiciness and gave the dish another layer of flavor and texture. The Chili Oil Wonton was good too. Tasty mild pork filling. Nice thon wrapper. Sauce has more oil than chili. Braise Beef Noodle's broth had a lot of umami. Beefy flavor, kick of spice and a little sweetness. Beef chunks were very tender and had same flavor as broth but more beefy. Broth was the kind that you feel like drinking it; crisp taste. Reasonably priced. Food took longer than I'm used to at a Chinese restaurant but worth the wait. read more
I saw some really solid reviews from my peers but one of my dishes looked different than theirs. I find this place standard for this type of food, but nothing too special. I should give an extra star for the XLB that my kids downed but I didn't get to try it. This review is about 2 weeks late, but better late than never. I promise to update if my next visit is a better experience. Food (3 stars) + Lamb dish as shown in my photo is a good size portion that I thought was the best dish out of the bunch. + Appetizers are hit and miss and they truly are small plates that is much needed when you eat Sichuan style for diversity of flavors. ~ Wontons in spicy oil did not have that silky smooth texture I was expecting. The spicy oil wasn't spicy to my buds, but the filling is nice. - Intestines were not spicy and although it was flavorful, I was expecting a little chili oil as pictured. You can see in my photo that it's lacking color. - Their signature mian noodles with minced meat were just standard. It didn't standout or make me want to come back. However, we ordered mild so the kids can try. They did like it so maybe I'm a little harsh. Service (3 stars) - We came on a Saturday with a fairly large group. I had to get up a few times to get some things I needed. They are probably working out the kinks as they recently opened. - Ordering by QR code wasn't working well for our group so we had to flag down a waiter. Ambiance (4 stars) + There is a food stall looking setup for the kitchen staff that gives the restaurant an Asian street food ambiance I always give restaurants that didn't meet my expectations another try. I loved Mian! There were hiccups here and there like their appetizer chicken tasted like Shihlin chicken with the same spice blend and was much less enjoyable to eat and their chicken and corn xiong long bao wasn't that great BUT they get a stellar 4 stars for their other items. We were surprised to find out that Mian opened up in place of Layang Layang, a famous Malaysian restaurant. This was our first time here and we ordered through the QR code. Pork xiong long bao- Slightly thick wrapper, juicy and meaty filling and subtle umami. They were definitely over steamed coz the wrappers tore on us while picking them up and the chicken and corn xiong long bao did not coz they were steamed to perfection but tasted okay. They need to work on their xiong long bao. Pork bao steamed- AMAZING! The best pork baos we've had in a long time. Amazingly cooked pork, no after taste, nicely sauteed pork in nice spices, kind of like an Indian stir fry and delicious soft buns. This is a must have! Napa cbbage and pork dumplings- These cuties looked like Napa cabbage leaves and were the most delicious dumplings on the table. I loved them and liked them more than the xiong long bao. Golden chicken noodle soup- Little shredded chicken, thin noodles and golden chicken soup- thick and delicious and very comforting and tasty. They don't heat up the noodles and this can bring the temperature of the dish down. Noodles must be boiling and fresh tbh. I could have a bowl everyday! Chicken wontons in chilli oil and hot and spicy sauce- Both were great! We enjoyed the chilli oil ones but they were both very good. Service was good but we were rushed. Despite the fact that we ordered much more than an averga table for 2/3, we were rushed but the server apologized for it so all is good. We ordered 2 orders of the chocolate xiong long bao. We were surprised to see the the Lindt chocolate toffees being opened and individually wrapped inside the dumpling wrapper. The dumpling artist wrapped 2 white chocolates and 2 matcha in one basket and 4 chocolate in another basket. I don't know if that was intentional to give us a taste of everything or they generally do a white, a green and two brown chocolates. All in all, Mian Milpitas is a good value. I did not find it overpriced at all. The dumpling artists working all day is good and hard working labor and you're eating freshly wrapped dumplings so there's value right there. I see myself coming back for their baos, noodle soups and chicken dishes! Also, the decor is amazing! read more
Another location! You can order through phone, which makes it easy to order. I like how there are different size options for the dumplings so I can try a variety. Service was nice and quick. Easy to park in lot. A lot of seating! Everything was tasty, hot, fresh, and flavorful. Their sauce is goodddd that I would dip my other dumplings in it too. Been craving cold noodles and Mian knows how to deliver! The chicken cold noodle was extra yums. We ordered the XLB and pan fried buns and they both came out pippin hot and delicious. Service is very attentive and we didn't have to wait too long on the weekend when we went for lunch. If you're looking for cold noodles this is the spot! read more
