i came for the $2 tacos cincy taco week special. after ordering they said that "taco week prices are only before 5 pm". this isn't disclosed anywhere online or on any of the cincy taco week publications like the site or app. the tacos were fine but i'm very salty that i visited to try the $2 tacos but got charged $5 each instead. no other taco week restaurant does a bait and switch like this. if they are only going to honor the special during certain hours they should disclose that information upfront and not after the fact. i would have gone somewhere else that is actually honoring the special. read more

I traveled 2 hours to check out this restaurant! I had read a news article talking about all the different margarita flavors and this place definitely held up to the hype. We got the margarita tower with 5 different flavors even though the waiter told us we could have as many as we wanted. We also each got our own speciality drink which was probably a bit much for the 4 of us but we wanted the whole experience. The drinks were all very good and very strong. The presentation was also 10/10. I did want a different type of drink that had a vodka vapor bubble. The waiter misunderstood and brought me something else. It turned out that the other drink I wanted the machine was down so I went ahead with the current drink. Overall a very pleasant experience. The food was good and very plentiful. During the entire meal our waiter wasn't't around much at all. Which is the reason for only 4 vs 5 stars. We had already planned to be there for several hours but if you were expecting a quick trip, this is not the restaurant. Thankfully we were very content with the drinks and all the food that we didn't have to worry about tracking down our waiter. We loved it!!!!! Came into Cincy for a quick gateway with my husband, and we had our eye on this place for a while after seeing it on the news. We came in on a Friday night and the atmosphere was very upbeat and lively. Reminded me of a club/bar type of scene. We had about a 20 minute wait. We decided to sit at the bar and our servers was phenomenal. They have a VERY extensive drink menu as expected. We have an amazing time with music blasting and watching the game on the bug screens. The food was typical Mexican restaurant so nothing to really brag on but the drinks... OMG!!!!! Soooo delicious. There is literally something for everyone hear. The place is usually a 3 star food has always been just fine but the service was terrible and the food this time my friend sent his steak back 2 times for being super over cooked and the second time it was rare. And I eat my steaks rare but he doesn't my food also was very bad tasted terrible the only thing that was good was the water and chips and salsa. This restaurant does not take reservations so we took the chance of arriving for dinner as a party of 20. They accommodated us quickly and sat our entire party near each other within 5 minutes. Every single person in our party enjoyed their drinks and loved their food. The margarita towers were delicious. You can choose one flavor or three, on the rocks or frozen .. the choice is yours ! Our table opted for a pineapple margarita. You can tell it's not just watered down with premix and syrup .. they actually take their time to make them so it's definitely a good buy. A few other people in our party opted to just try out a single specialty margarita and loved theirs as well. As far as the food, My husband and I decided to split a Flaming Cozumel Fajita and it was probably one of the best we've had. It's definitely enough to split between 2 people .. we even had leftovers! The quality, flavor and the amount of food you can get here makes this restaurant very well deserving of 5 stars. They served 20 people without breaking a sweat or getting our orders wrong. The service was quick and they consistently checked in to make sure we were happy with our service. If I could give this location less than a one I would. I have never been to a restaurant with such horrible customer service and the food is a no. Beware that there is small print at the menu which basically says no matter the issue with the food pay for it and shit up. Not even sure at this point what my dish was supposed to be but it consisted microwaveable steam vegetables with water pouring out of them and some burnt grill lines to try and mask what they really were. The chicken that came in the dish had a strange smell and even more odd color. I asked the waitor what is was and if I could possibly switch for a 2 taco (my dish was like 16 dollars). He pointed to the bottom of the menu and aggressively said "that's not my problem you still have to pay for it. The restaurant doesn't take reservations or call ahead seating. When we arrived we were asked to write our name, phone number, and number of guests in a notebook; a notebook kids buy for school. We were told it'd be an hour. After an hour and a half, we called three times. No one ever answered, so we went in to check where we were on the list. They still had not gotten to the piece of paper with our name on it and the person at the hostess stand was flipping back and forth from page to page. There was no organization. Once inside, people were everywhere; wall to wall. There is also a cop who sits inside every weekend to, I guess, make sure everything stays calm. I would recommend going to the Tri-County location! The food is mediocre at best. The meat has no seasoning & the alcohol beverages taste like juice instead of a mixed drink. But the kicker was when we got the Bill they automatically add a tip even though their service was crappy. Our waiter never came to check on us. This is a public service announcement. I went to Mi Cozumel for dinner last night and paid with my debit card. I NEVER put the tip on the ticket. As usual I paid for dinner with my card and paid the tip with cash. When I looked at my banking app this morning I noticed that the restaurant charged an extra 50 dollars on my bill. I went back to the restaurant and the manager told me it was my bank's fault. I called the bank and of course the bank advised me that the restaurant charged an extra 50 dollars when they swiped my card. Long story short I now have to wait up to 6 months while I dispute the charge because the restaurant refuses to give me my money back. Check your mobile app when you pay with a card. read more

This was the first location that I went to...this location sits in a strip mall in a free standing building, we drove about 30 mins to get to this location. We were greeted warmly and seated right away. The place was really nice. We were given our chips right away and was looking at the drink menu that was on the table, although they are known for their drinks we just decided on a good ice cold Pepsi. As you can see from the menu the selections were awesome, you can have anything from beef, chicken, steak, seafood or just vegetables. I picked the chicken and steak fajitas with rice and beans...and when I tell you it's a lot.....it's a whole lot. The meat was sliced thin,seasoned good, although I would have liked my onions and peppers cooked a little longer. You got 3 warm flour tortillas with it...the rice was delicious, seasoned and not starchy, beans were delicious and seasoned to perfection. The manager (racist) was so rude to me I couldn't believe my ears. I sat at the bar for drinks. I saw a menu and helped myself to look through it I sat for 15-20 minutes watching employees pass me by without a greeting or reassurance of "we will be right with you". I decided to speak up and ask if anyone was going to ask me what I would like to order and what was going on? The manager told me if I didn't like it and that I could leave, then I aaked another employee if he was if fact the manager and if there was anyone else that I could speak to and the manager interupted him from answering and said "no he's a worker". I got out my sat and as I was leaving another lady (black) was telling him how rude he was and how awful her food was while he smiled and told her to get out.
