Me and the grand babies living in up!

Server was on it! Drinks were killer good. Food was amazing. Most I ate in years. Definitely going back when I come back in town. Fajitas.... Everyone was friendly, it was a great setting. Relaxing dim lights. Great place for date night!

Do not order carry out from this restaurant! We ordered and they missed one of our meals. We realized this after already paying with a 15% tip for carry out because Covid, but when we brought the fact that they missed one of our meals, we were told we were back of the line. They put it in as a separate order while the rest of our food sat and got cold. Horrid service from the blond "Karen" at the counter who told us she "didn't have time and they were too busy". They threw everything into minimal bags and everything spilled out bringing it home. Picture is of how our food when it came home. Just awful. TLDR, plenty of worthy restaurants of your carry money during this time, don't spend it here.

Their slogan is right , they do have the best margaritas in town lol. Came here for dinner and although it was super busy the food came out hot and super delicious . I got a chicken chimichanga and my boyfriend got the burrito Barzon and it was great

Grilled pineapple, stuffed with chicken, veggies, shrimp, and topped with cheese. Delicioso.

A family - friendly, inviting and reasonably priced restaurant on the Westside of Cincinnati. Their food is always good: fresh vegetables, gooey cheese, crispy rice and white meat chicken. The fajitas seem most popular, and are delicious. The chips and salsa are always refilled, and the margaritas are decent too. The grilled pineapple filled with chicken, shrimp and veggies was delicious. A Glenway staple, will definitely be returning.

The leftovers of my burrito barzon. (Highly recommended)

I had the burrito barzon and my fiancé had the chimichanga. We were both amazingly satisfied. Our little one had the tacos. He approved as well. The sangria was the best I've had in a very long time.

This is the second location of Cancun I have been to. On the west side of town it's a good choice for 'American/Mexican' food; there is just enough of a touch of something authentic. I have ordered a chicken stew and been pleased with a flashback to my study abroad in Mexico, but the orders are large, there are often rice and beans, giganto basket of chips proceed your order (all very American to me). At least the cheese is white. That is one of my criteria in a Mexican restaurant here in the states. In Mexico I never had cheddar/orange cheese, ever. I don't think I even saw it in the store. Rather, there is a large variety of delicious white cheeses, some strong and others mild in taste (cotija, Oaxaca, etc.), that really complement the flavors in Mexican food well (and are SO much better than nasty cheddar). Ok, my philosophical objections aside, Cancun is good. This location is great; I much prefer it to the one attached to the bowling alley. Though it's in a strip mall, the decor is really awesome with carved, bright, painted tables with traditional themes, good music playing most of the time, and a friendly staff. It feels much more elegant, to me, than most strip mall restaurants. Items we regularly order include the chicken quesadilla, tortilla soup, pollo ranchero (chicken and veg with a red sauce), and I recently tried a tilapia dish. Really, it's all very good and quite affordable. This place doesn't always take me back to an evening in Queretaro, but it's actually a great choice for a Mexican food craving. Take a look at the menu...I suspect there are some hidden gems that are often overlooked for burritos, quesadillas, nachos, and fajitas. That's my new approach here...find the gems. In summary, I like the staff, love the decor, and the size and ambiance are just right for this joint. Definitely worth a visit.

Cancun taco salad with pico de gallo.

Cancun at Glenway crossing is consistently good. Good food, good service and good salsa. That's what's important right? I really like the Cancun taco salad with a side of pico de gallo. To kick it up, I ask them to add pineapple. It's great!

I thought Windex wasnt sanitary to clean tables.....??? We sat here for nearly 15 minutes before any even ask what we would like to drink... The service is usually good here and the food is great but the service was awful tonight. Also I'm really taken back by the Windex... Ive worked in the food services before and I was told that was a HUGE problem!

This is my favorite cancun restaurant location! They recently renovated and more than doubled the size of seating available. The inside is very colorful with beautifully painted tables, chairs and booths imported from Mexico. Now let's talk food! I've been here many times over the past few years. Every meal I have ordered is super yummy. My absolute favorite dish is the flautas. Two tortillas with marinated chicken and peppers are lightly pan fried to perfection. Topped with shredded lettuce, sour cream and tomatoes. With a refried beans and rice on the side. Every meal dined in is accompanied by homemade salsa and chips. There salsa is very good and usually has a nice spicy level to it. If you love cheese I would also recommend getting a side of queso dip! The prices are right on for the portions you receive and the quality of food. I will def continue to come back again and again, year after year!

This is the best of the brick and mortar chains hands down. In addition to the oh so elusive shrimp tacos they've updated their menu with lots of exciting entrees. I often come for the margarita because the far superior taquerias and Mexican food truck don't offer this. With that said, the margarita here is textbook! We got the "monster" which is easily 32 oz. I've never had a bad or even a typical experience here. The seating is painted carved wood scenes of Mexican life, stories and heritage. Its absolutely beautiful! This really resonates with my inner artist and says a lot about the establishment. It's spacious, comfortable and great for kids which is my new norm these days. This is the only brick and mortar spot I really respect. Kudos for the originality. Not so humbly submitted, King Michael C.

Chips and Salsa. Wish they would have salted the chips!

There was a DJ & a dance floor, but very few people were dancing, which was disappointing. The place itself was cool with colorful lights & fun graffiti-like walls, but the aesthetic was let down by the lack of people. We enjoyed the free popcorn & I really liked my drink, the downside up, although I realize it's probably too sweet for most. Unfortunately, the cocktail & popcorn didn't make up for the dead atmosphere & we left pretty quickly. I would be interested in going again & seeing what it would be like when it's lively; I imagine it would be a fun spot when the dance floor is full!

It was a nice night so we took advantage of being able to sit outside. I love all the random art and set up of the back. To drink I had the chunker, which was gin in a San Pelegríno it was a very refreshing drink! Deceptively doesn't taste like alcohol. I noticed some people with white claws and little airplane bottles so naturally I have to have a strong claw as well. Food: 5/5 Dishes are explained as slightly larger plates than tapas style. My favorites: Wood Grilled Octopus, Crispy Falafel, Bouillabaisse. Love the Moroccan Mint Tea as well! Service: 4.7/5 Very friendly! They course out your plates for you which I always love. They were able to accommodate my pescatarian diet (I.e., meats on the side to give to others at the table). On a less busy night, they offered a free toast for my birthday. I've been for other celebratory dinners here on busier nights where that hasn't happened, so it was a lovely surprise! Ambiance: 4/5 A little busy and can get loud on the weekends with table chatter, cutlery clinks, and the brick walls echoing noise around. Tables are also close together, so you can definitely hear the conversation next to you. The decor is pleasant and the lighting is soft and romantic enough that it is still a perfect date night spot! There are also a couple larger crescent booths for larger parties.
