They were courteous and gave me a contact name to provide to the shipper. Normally, they charge a fee for certain items, but I didn't get charged anything. When I got to the hotel, they had already associated my delivery with the hotel room and had it brought up to the room by concierge. Other than sometimes long wait times on the phone, everything went very smoothly, and I couldn't complain about anything. Next time I'm in town, I'll need to actually go into the business center and leverage some of their other services.

I don't know if they have the same ownership. I went here to do a temu return. The lady scanned the item, printed the labels and THEN told me I needed to either box or bag the item. I asked if I can just get the label so I can package it and come back to another store. She said no it has to be there at that location and I have to come back today. Fine, I went to the car and put it in a white shopping bag ready to be taped up. She said no it has to be a brown bag or box. I could buy a bag yhere for $4.50. I'm not paying that on principle. At this point the lady was being rude to me telling me to calm down. If she communicated all of this earlier this could've been avoided. I feel like their practices are poorly communicated at best. The lady's attitude only made things worse and there was a younger girl tuat was much more helpful and friendly. She was actually trying to help. Avoid you were warned.

On my most recent shipment, the cost from Washington State from the vendor was $212 via FedEx 2 day. I figured Ship to Hawaii would be less expensive, but I was quoted $286. In the future, I will try to find out the exact dimensions and weight prior to shipping at item to their warehouse. On the plus side, the Ship to Hawaii agent, Holly, was extremely friendly and helpful.

Once I was able to figure out that I had to provide my email and attachment to the FedEx email address (seriously, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out, except me ) you get a lovely color copy. In this case, my poster sign for a peaceful rally, which was kind of small but I didn't have a big posterboard. One thing I do have a question about is when you put in your charge card in advance to pay, you're given a price range to pick from. Then, when you're finished your job, you don't get change. Makes your copies pretty expensive, right? Oh yeah, the staff are really helpful, no matter how goofy a question you have.
