Unfortunately, after my experience today, I will no longer use or recommend this location. My UPS app showed that my package was delivered at 11:16 a.m. I went to the store immediately after work at approximately 2:39 p.m., showed my ID and the UPS tracking information, and was told that they did not have my package. When I asked what I should do next, I was told to call the UPS 800 number. I left the store, contacted UPS customer service, and they confirmed that the package had in fact been delivered to the store and signed for by the manager, Cara. UPS then emailed me confirmation of the delivery and signature. I drove back to the store and showed them the confirmation indicating that Cara had signed for the package. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to immediately resolve the issue, Cara denied that it was her signature and insisted that she had not accepted the package. While I was calling UPS customer service again from inside the store, Cara eventually checked the returns area and found my package there. This was especially frustrating because she had previously stated that she had not accepted the package at all. Mistakes happen, and I would have completely understood if the package had simply been placed in the wrong area. What made this experience unacceptable was the lack of accountability, the conflicting statements, and the dismissive attitude instead of a simple apology and effort to correct the mistake. A package that was delivered and signed for that morning somehow ended up in the returns pile the same day, and I had to make multiple calls and two trips to the store just to prove that they had received it. Based on this experience, I will not use this location again. Customers trusting this store with their packages should be aware that items can apparently be misplaced, and the level of due diligence and accountability I experienced was extremely poor. Very disappointing customer service.

I simply just needed copies of some documents that we were told to do so as an advice and took it and headed to a place that I've passed several times is this FedEx location right across from Ala Moana Center in the Heald Building which is nice as they have lots of free parking making easy access with just steps to their front door. Walking into this spacious place you see many shelves of supplies, ship and go center and right beside the entrance are several copiers which is probably the most used services and is very cool how it's all set up for you to use on your own. You first can add funds to the machine with your credit card as you calculate the approximate amount you will be using and will be calculated at the end of the acutely amount is quite impressive and very easy to use though my first attempt was fail by placing it in the wrong direction lol but at least it's not a huge costly error but one that I learned very fast and with just a few copies needed I was done just as fast to be on my way but loved the convenience they provide as I did have a copier in the past which came obsolete as technology has changed though every once in awhile we do need to some hard copies of items to keep on hand for reference is good to have places like this to use for very little cost.
