I ordered the steak and chicken combo, and I'm pretty sure they didn't bring it out on a plate--they brought it out on a tectonic plate. The sizzle was so loud I had to use hand signals to communicate with my date for the first three minutes. I felt like a celebrity entering a press conference, except instead of camera flashes, I was being blinded by delicious, onion-scented steam. ​The fajitas are phenomenal. The meat was so tender I'm convinced the chef sings it lullabies before it hits the grill. ​The Margarita Situation ​Then, let's talk about the Margaritas. I don't know what kind of structural engineering goes into these things, but they absolutely rock. ​Size: Somewhere between "Large" and "Fishbowl." ​Potency: One sip and I forgot my middle name; two sips and I was ready to audition for a Mariachi band. ​Taste: Perfectly balanced. Not that neon-green syrup you find at the grocery store, but the real deal. ​The Verdict ​By the time I finished, I was 40% salsa and 60% fajita by body weight. If you see someone rolling down Lincoln Street like a human burrito later tonight, mind your business--that's just me living my best life. ​Pro Tip: Wear your "eating pants" (the ones with the elastic waistband).
