I've come to this location several times and it's always been good. This is a steady "food truck" at the Sheridan plaza were the paintball park is. They been here for a while but soon might need to move due to the parking lot being sold. Either way I'll keep at look at it because I would recommend even if they move. You would not realize that it is a popular Mexican food place by walking past it since it is covered with wood panels on the exterior. The interior is a small kitchen with very limited seating. The food is very authentic and fresh; you can see them making your order with a direct view of the kitchen. I would recommend trying the sopes and tortas. Ever since me and my family found this spot a few years back, it's been the go to for delicious tacos and burritos at fairly reasonable prices. It's tucked away in a lot near other food spots and a paintball center, but they do have a little shaded spot that's pretty nice. Service does take a little bit of time, calling ahead of time is clutch, but for the quality you get it's understandable why. As someone who lived on the west coast and has tasted proper Mexican food, this is very close to the real deal! The chicken and steak are solid choices, but the Al pastor and fish are the highlights in my opinion. Tacos are simple with onions and cilantro, but are tried and true. Burritos have the right balance of fillings, with the rice on occasion being slightly dominant; the bowl version of the burritos is a fantastic choice too. Quesadillas are a great choice as well.
