My second time having it and it was as great as the first time. They are consistent with friendly service and tasty food. They are located at a great location so parking near the truck is never an issue. I ordered the queso birria tacos. The first time, I believe I had a Bmore quesadilla. Both were great and the portion size is worth the price.

Food truck are most definitely the preferred way for this foodie girl to dine! I happened upon the Mexican On the Run food truck at the trifecta food festival. The line was long, so I just knew the food was hit and my instinct was right. The tacos were overstuffed with flavorful goodness! While I do wish the chicken was chopped a little bit more finely, they were very tasty and seasoned well I especially enjoyed the green sauce, which just added to the amazing flavors of the pollo tacos! The prices are affordable. The staff is very friendly. The food is very tasty. If you run into the nice folks on the Mexican On the Run food truck, give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing tacos! Mexican on the Run was the taco truck at ministry of brewing and it was delicious. We had the birria tacos, Al pastor, chorizo, and carnitas and they were all 10/10. Service was also excellent.

Food was prepared quickly and the carne asada quesadilla was very flavorful. Loved the salsa roja. Only complaint was the quesadilla was a little soggy after only a few minutes of receiving my food but I would definitely go again.

Solid food truck. I bunch of my friends have been raving about how good the food is here so today I decided to finally give them a try. I really had to plan out my visit here because they don't come to where I live. It was about a 20 min drive. I heard they get crowded but on this Tuesday when I arrived around 1:30 there were only two people in line. I kept is simple with the Mexican chicken street tacos. My order was ready quickly and after just a few minutes of waiting I was on my way home to enjoy. They smelled delicious. When I got home they looked great too. They chicken was a little over cooked and dried out a bit. The flavor was savory but they used a lot of fresh onion that overpowered the seasoning. I doctored them up with a little guacamole and salsa from my fridge that helped to balance it out. The portion size was more than enough to fill me up with Judy three tacos. The corn tortillas were the best part in my opinion. They were not hard yet they didn't fall apart when I picked them up. Over all it was good and I would go back again but probably wouldn't make a trip across town again just for it. I think my friends hyped it up too much and it didn't meat my high expectations.

I stumbled upon this food truck during the pandemic and boy am I glad I did! It has its regular home base and communicates the weekly lineup via Facebook, so it's really easy to know what hours, and days you can catch them and where. I've been slowly making my way through the menu. So far I've tried a mix of their tacos (they offer Chicken, Birria, El pastor and Carnitas), one of their specialty burritos, and though it's not a consistent menu item their chips and queso. I've legit been happy with everything I've tried, but my go to's are the Chicken or Birria tacos done queso style. They're pure cheesy deliciousness and if you grab a 3 pack and go all Birria it actually comes with consume aka (the dip!). Man oh man the dip takes it to a whole other level and keeps me coming back! I'm sure if you give them a try you will too!

I have been researching Birria tacos and Mexican on the Run came up on my radar. My aunt mentioned she was in the area and spotted the truck. It was at that very moment I knew I had to pull up on them. I sashayed across Sherwood road and instantly smelled the deliciousness, through my mask might I add. My aunt ordered her tacos but I wasn't so sure what I wanted. The lady taking my order took the time to explain my options which I really appreciated. I settled on the three queso tacos option. I mixed and matched the birria (braised beef), pollo (chicken) and carnita (braised pork) along with the transmission oil dipping sauce, or whatever you call it. Anyway the birria itself was very oily and my least fav but still very yummy. I just know I need a bib next time. The pollo and carnita were amazing. The meat was flavorful and very moist. Let me talk to you about the dipping sauce. It perfectly coated my already delicious taco. It took it to the next level. As far as price, it was a little pricey at 21 bucks with tip. However it was well worth it.

Came to the location of the food truck 2 different times but only have eaten here once. The first time I went on a Friday around 1 (they opened at noon). The line had 20+ people in it & no spaces to park so I left without trying it. Second time here was a Thursday around 5:30,5:45 (they closed at 6) The few people in line had already ordered and were waiting for their food. Ordered the birria quesatacos and consume Tacos were juicy & fresh, dripping with sauce. It was my first time trying consume. Didn't have much flavor by itself but was good with the tacos. Food came quickly and the staff were friendly

Checked out the truck over the weekend and it lived up to the hype! We got queso tacos with al pastor, chicken, and of course birria! We also had a side of consome (the marinade from the Birria I believe) which we dipped our tacos in. Flavor was great on all the tacos and it was a nice change up to standard tacos! Only downside is they were out of chips and drinks that day, but I bet they have great tortilla chips! We waited in line maybe 5-10 mins and then for food maybe another 10 mins. We walked to the liquor store next door to get drinks which worked well. Are the tacos in the car since we couldn't wait! Definitely recommend trying their food out!

Absolutely incredible! I will for sure come back to get them again. I ended up seeing a video online about this place and love birria tacos. Totally recommend this place!

Friday Night Dining with #thoseWilliams!! Tonight we FINALLY made it to @mexontherun for their infamous Birria Quesotacos ! Donell @d.m.w.76 tried the braised beef and marinated pork quesotacos which he really liked (Rating 9). He also had the red beans & rice. The Birria tacos with the consommé were yummy (8.5). The consommé was so rich! Alyse enjoyed her chicken tacos but wanted less onions (8). Overall I'm glad we finally tried these Birria tacos, they were worth the wait! Where to next?!?!

Would absolutely recommend La Calle in Fells Point to anyone looking for a nice intimate dinner or booking out a big party.

Each taco is extremely fresh and I can tell that it was crafted meticulously in the kitchen. Be mindful that each taco is priced separately and you get a single taco ranging from $10.00 - 15.00. The guacamole is fresh and garnished with strawberries. Personally, I typically go for a spicier and more flavorful guac, but if you opt for a fresh and simple dish, then it certainly checks the box. The queso is thick, cheesy, and topped with peppers. I personally could appreciate a creamier queso, but I will say the dish looks and smells amazing. The oysters are rather small in size but they're extremely fresh and come topped with a jalapeño. My expectations for the drinks were a bit higher than what they delivered. Drinks tasted a bit watery and the flavor wasn't as potent (this says a lot for someone like myself who is pretty light weight). Service was fairly accommodating, however, keep in mind that they enforce a rule of having half of your party there prior to seating you. Also be mindful that their menu changes to dinner at 5:00PM, and seating at the outside bar may be closed depending on when you arrive. My favorite of all the dishes was the was the Al Pastor taco! I'd like to give this place another try because just based off of the aesthetic alone it has sooo much potential to be absolutely amazing!

Don't let the outside deceive you. Once you walk in you'll smell the fresh cilantro and chile. It took a bit to translate the menu, but you'll figure it out. There are plenty of options. The server helped us figure it out and we were set. I ordered the El pastor tacos, beans & rice, and tortilla chips. The tacos were theeee best! What I loved the most is that the corn tortillas didn't fall apart!!! I hate it when I go to eat a taco and it falls apart. They cooked the tortillas enough so they held up, but were still soft. Did I already say how good the tacos were?! Along with the meat is cilantro, some onions, and you can top it with some green chili sauce. Sooooo good! The pico de Gallo was some of the best I've ever had. I know what you're thinking. How could you go wrong with pico de Gallo? Yeah, I wonder the same thing, but this pico was FRESH with just the right ratio of tomato, onion, cilantro, etc. Next time I'll order two of them. The chips are restaurant-made. That was our first indicator that the food was going to be ALL that we hoped it would be. AND it was. The beans were pinto beans. Memories from home and the ultimate comfort food. The were cooked perfectly with just enough seasoning. The rice was perfectly cooked too. This is the taco spot you need to try.

It's there and cooked without oil immersion or the awful trap of terrible portioning. Here, the nutrients shine. And that is healthy. Price: Decent. Very Decent. I definitely got my money's worth. Experience: Wonderful server. Even in a busy dinner cycle, she came over and literally started to hand me a menu almost right as I sat down. Even gave me a great recommendation for the Enchilada platter and brought the holster of extras over to the table as well. The food was delivered quickly, and the small details (utensils, cleanliness, chair organization etc.) were great. Taste: Honestly this place is a standout for seasoning. It's flavorful, unique, and skewed towards spices over oil. Tasteful impact, without the baggage. A gem. Even among so many other restaurants serving this cuisine in the area I've tried, this is a standout. I'll come eat here again. You should too. It's right next to Patterson park with so many parking spaces nearby. I'm gonna run here. Soon.
