Besides your Porsche might be my Pinto & vice versa. I've been driving SUVs since about 2012. I just love the size, height & look. I've never desired to go back to a 'regular' car. Ha! Finding a new SUV was both challenging & a thrill. I sourced info from three very good friends who love cars & know their s*@t when it comes to everything vehicles. I finally settled on the VW Atlas. German engineering here we go. Fahrvergnügen! It is a robust & steller looking SUV in my humble opinion. My biggest SUV so far. The interior features are endless, sound system on point, touch screen superb, panoramic roof = I can see the stars, massage chairs = yikes hope I don't fall asleep while driving! Outside - the body is a solid 10! Stunning headlights, solid grill, R badge on display, VW logo lights up, 21" wheels, 269HP/Turbo & the curvature lines on the body = beautiful! Price = if I told yaa, I'd have to off yaa! Some of the other SUVs I looked at were the - Nissan Pathfinder, Toyota Grand Highlander, Mazda CX90. Atlas Cross Sport, Lexus, Acura MDX A Spec & the Audi Q8. I test drove a few of these SUVs & none of them captured me into liking them quite like - the VW Atlas 2025 did. Its got all the bells & whistles & then some! To make this dream come true, not only did I sell a kidney but a big toe as well. It's dayum expensive! I never felt pushed or forced into buying it as I was very clear on what I wanted & expected. I was told that the computer program for my Volkswagen was not available anymore. I want my money back and be reimbursed for the missing anti theft system. Since the "repair" the corresponding light in the dash is permanently lit now. In a nutshell: The billed work was never done and the work done wasn't authorized by me and carried out by a non Volkswagen authorized contractor. The results after the "repair" was that the new key I paid about 700 dollars for wasn't really needed because the old original key is now working perfectly fine. In the past 25 years myself and my family has bought 5 cars here That tradition can come to an end soon.

The first vehicle we bought from them is a used Acura TSX premium model. White color, black leather interior color. I did go to all the other Acura dealers in town to look at the TSX's they had for sale; Northshore, Burrard, Langley, Richmond each had a few but none of them came close to the condition of the ones for sale here. My TSX used to be a courtsey car, and it does have a few scratches and dings when I bought it. But the manager, Patrice, agreed to repair all of them before we take the car out. They did not cut corners on repairing them, every damage was fixed professionally. First time dealing with these guy, had an absolutely excellent experience. Even tthough it took some effort to work the price down but we got a really good deal at the end. The second vehicle we bought from them is a used 2012 TL Sh-awd tech. Again, we walked into the door and was greeted by the same salesman we bought the TSX from. Same story with the TSX, this TL was a lease comeback, it had some scratches on the back bumper. But Patrice offered to fix them for free. Another really pleasent time dealing with Lougheed Acura. At the new dealer, the service department offers free coffee and free pop. And the shop looks really from the window. The service advisors are friendly as well. Scott Bagnell is the guy to go for to service your Acura I am going to drive Acura for my whole life most likely; and as long as these guys are here, I will buy from them. And as long as William(the salesman who sold us the two acrs) is not retired, I will buy from him. If he was the grand master for four years in a roll, that means he really know what he is doing and he is good at it.

Concern Regarding Extended Warrant Refund In 2018, we…read morepurchased an Acura RDX from Lougheed Acura trusting in their strong reputation. At the time of purchase, we were encouraged to buy an extended warranty. Since the car was brand new, we believed it was a prudent decision and trusted that Acura would guide us in the right direction. We purchased the extended warranty for $2,800, understanding that $800 would be the actual cost and that if we did not use the coverage, we would receive a $2,000 refund after six years. The company you HIGHLY recommended held our money for six years without any interest payments. Unfortunately, because we did not submit a refund request within four months of the warranty's expiration, (we submitted at 5 1/2 months unaware of time frame)we were informed that we are no longer eligible to receive our reimbursement. We are extremely disappointed by this policy, which feels misleading and unfair. Yes, we didn't read the 6 page contract in mini font with the last few few lines saying we needed to apply for a refund within time frame. we trusted our sales re to be providing fair service. It is disheartening that a company we trusted would support an insurance provider that does not prioritize best practices. We have been loyal customers, however this experience has made us feel that your company does not truly stand behind its customers. We urge you to reconsider recommending this insurance provider in the future to prevent other customers from experiencing similar frustrations.

When I first came to this dealership, I was not even on the lot for more then 3 minutes before someone came over to ask if I was alright and if I needed any help. They let me take the scion for a test drive and asked me if I had any questions and when I explained I was on a budget and looking at 2 cars, they looked up to see what could be worked out and then gave me their cards and told me to give them a call after I had tested the fiat to let them know how things went. I did not have such treatment with fiat, everyone was very pushy and was not willing to listen to my budget. Little to say I went back to toyota and they welcomed me with open arms and offered me tea and coffee and when the deal was not able to go through (icbc was closed) they even gave me a drive home so I would not have to take the bus. I love this dealership and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new car to stop in and talk to them. And btw I love my scion, shes great on gas($30 fills her up) shes a dark purple and even my uncle who is a collision tech loved her turning ratios. Definitely recommend both.
