Interesting that this review was taken off recently...my experience at lougheed mirrored his almost exactly!

Lougheed Acura fits the stereotypical reputation of a greasy car salesman. Do NOT come here. Go to Burrard Acura instead. We were met and greeted by Silvio. We were very upfront about our pricing, budget, and expectations. While he was very knowledgeable about the cars that we looked at, he was very reluctant to talk about pricing. He was more excited to talk about how all their cars are so beautiful and how they have the best selection and the lowest prices and how we wont find better anywhere else. Right off the bat, he appeared very insincere. Afterwards, when we did sit down and get to it, we began to ask him about warranties. He repeatedly stated that that is not his department and he has no idea how much it would cost. It took us asking him at least three times until he was willing to get up and get us a ballpark figure. It became a struggle to find out any information bout additional pricing for warranties. When we were debating whether or not to extend the warranty as that would put us over our budget, he must have sensed that we were wavering as he would say things like acuras NEVER break down. If that was the case, why do we even have warranties? Insurance? In addition, he was not willing at all to negotiate the price. Throughout the interaction, I just began to feel more and more stressed out and anxious. When it became increasingly clear that we wanted to go, he would ask us, and i quote "well what did you expect?" He said this several times and each time he said it, the more I wanted to get out of there since we felt so pressured and trapped. It honestly became more of a back and forth than anything else. When we talked about pricing, he told me "dont think about the price. tell me how much you like this car from 1-10." Silvio was COMPLETELY unwilling to talk about the final price until he knew what i wanted as a biweekly price (a sneaky sales tactic). When I told him the figures he was giving me was out of my price range he told me that i could always just extend the loan. Not exactly sound financial advice.  These guys don't know how to do business. Their people skills clearly need help. He completely pressured us into trying to sign a deal that day. He was passive aggressive, insincere, and honestly, I could not stand him.  A few days later I looked at reviews and called and asked to speak to Chris Choi. The impression i got over the phone was similar to Silvio's. He asked me several times for my name and phone number so that he could tell me if the car would sell. When i told him it is okay and i am not really that interested and tried to change the subject, he retorted, "I asked you for your name and phone number. How will you know the car sold or not if i do not have your name?" Keep in mind this was less than a 30 second phone call and then, i had called in order to see if their staff was all like this.  Honestly, had the interaction been more pleasant, I would have signed papers for the car even if it put me over my budget.  I went over to Burrard Acura that same day and the difference was night and day. Go to Burrard Acura...their sales team and manager are way better. I ended up buying from them and will be taking ALL my business there from now on.  Of note, I find it interesting that this review (see photo) was taken off. My experience at Lougheed mirrored this person's experience.

They have a 2015 Honda Pilot with 9,825KMS and an asking price of $39,995. In my initial conversation with Eduardo Guillo where I made an offer that was not accepted; however, Eduardo informed me via email that the lowest price that the owners of Kabani would accept is $39,470. Over the last four days, we continued to discuss the Pilot and decided yesterday, Sunday, April 10th, 2022, that would engage with the dealership again to make an offer. This time around we dealt with Summit K. Biswas. Over a period of 3 hours, we communicated via text and phone. During this period, we discussed the value of their $299 administration fee and further negotiated on price. With each offer, Summit returned to the owners of the dealership to present my offer and continuously kept coming back in writing that they would not accept anything less than $39,000. We came to the decision that we would pay the price and provided Summit with my credit card over the phone, and it was charged with a $1000 non-refundable deposit I planned to fly to Vancouver to pick up the SUV. Approximately, a half-hour later I received a text message from Summit, stating that the boss there is no discount on that vehicle, yet last week they were prepared to take $500 off. Over the course of the negotiation process, Summit contacted the owners of the dealership more than three (3) times to discuss the price and then revoked our agreement and wanted me to pay full price. The reason given, is the owners didn't have good cell service and didn't hear the offer correctly, yet they were very familiar with the conversation I had the previous week with Eduardo and the offer. Whatever you decide to do with this dealership and its owners be VERY CAREFUL. They are not ethical and do NOT operate with integrity. I had to request multiple times to have them credit my VISA and ended up calling the bank to report it as fraud. Below are the screenshots of our text message conversation. I've enjoyed the CX-9's refinement and versatility for adventure. We added roof racks and a trailer hitch which have allowed us to create memories in a short time. We think we have found the brand for us moving forward. The sales experience at Open Road Mazda and our ownership experience has been incredibly positive so far. Context: I contacted my nearest 10 Mazda dealerships all with the same questions to evaluate the level of service, when I was researching the CX-9. While I will not name specific dealerships, or sales representatives there was wide range of customer service. Some dealerships were not willing to communicate over email, which was imperative to me. I sent several emails to the different dealerships with multiple questions, of which many were not answered or answered with very limited information and sometimes contradictory information. Some of my questions were perhaps uncomfortable such as what separates your dealership from other dealerships/ why should I buy from your dealership. Over the years I have visited several dealerships over the years and have purchased vehicles from 7 of them. I can say with certainty that Darius was the most helpful sales representative. He was flexible in communication with text/phone/email, while being prompt and detailed in his responses. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all questions. He did not resort to high pressure sales tactics and offered the best customer service of any of the dealerships. Since Open Road had the CX-9 in the trim and colour I wanted in stock, this was a no brainer to purchase here. When an issue arose with the CX-9 the GM Shaun was able to resolve it. Thanks!
